Absolutely Horrible food we spent almost 60 dollars on what was highly recommended, in The WEST HAVEN, CT location The calls to the place go through a mis informed call center, and not to restaraunt, I ordered Mei Fun and 2 general Tsos, Mei Fun was Bland and completely tasteless, overpriced , the tsos was also extremely Bland , and way Way Overcooked and was thrown out, and no sauce, on it its General Tsos, ......I picked up and was charged 3 dollars more than quoted on phone , And associate at place said its tax , but I was quoted with tax, I called to complain , Spoke to Manager at Call center, Tgey were supposed to connect to restaurant and never was, and then told they'll call back and they didn't, People at Restaraunt were extremely ghetto, and rude blasting hip hop and standing around looking like trouble,.....3 days still no call from place.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, ITS GHASTLY!!!!

Called in an order for pickup yesterday around 4:16pm. Beef lo mien, small pork fried rice, & steamed dumpling .....when she said $37.68 I thought my bluetooth was acting up ....so I had her repeat it to me ....& yes it was that amount!!! 1st time I've ever been charged that amount for that order ...even in NYC where its off course more pricey! I had to cancel the order, its the principle of getting over charged ...unless this price is correct ?

I often order food from this restaurant as it’s close to home and very convenient. The cashier Grace is always friendly and provides excellent service, which I really appreciate. However, the temperature inside the restaurant is quite uncomfortable—it feels very hot, and I’m not sure if the air conditioning is working properly. It’s hard to enjoy dining in, and even waiting for a takeaway order feels uncomfortably warm. I hope this can be addressed to improve the overall experience. Thank you.

A great experience as a first time customer! The Spicy Kung Pao Chicken combo meal was fresh and hit the spot! So delish, I drove out to HTown from Brentwood for another round. Great customer service and always going above and beyond!

This place is on our weekly rotation. We stick with the classics: chicken & broccoli with umami sauce, chicken chow mein, steamed dumplings. These dishes are consistently delicious.

I’m obsessed. My family crave for Nice Day cheeseburger egg rolls and Singapore Mei Fun. Wish we can takeout every weekend from this place!

Kung pao jumbo shrimp is outstanding. Perfectly seasoned. Spicy. Generous portions of quality shrimp.

I had given up on most Chinese places on the island because I found that I was getting hours old mush covered in sugary sauce most of the time. This place was a pleasant surprise. I didn’t know it was a chain, it just came up as a place with high ratings so we checked it out. It was different, everything was made to order, there were flavors that seemed new but familiar, it was easy to order and the staff was very nice.

Out of curiosity I stopped in while going to another business in the strip. And I was very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness the friendly atmosphere and of course the good food. Gave them five stars.
