Love the convenience of having this next door to Mario’s. The other Ralph’s is open seasonally and this one is open year round. Scott is wonderful and works with schools to do fundraisers and can also do school events where they bring their trailer and serve ices to the kids.

I stopped in at Totally Twisted on Sunday July 7th during the evening. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I was greeted by a nice young lady and she was so helpful when I had questions regarding allergies. I felt confident that she knew what was safe for me to eat and even offered getting the toppings from the back so there is no cross contamination. This young lady went above and beyond to give me a great experience. The establishment was clean and everything was well stocked.

This is a great place but today I was very disappointed long time ago it used to be different the service used to be great even everything had a different taste cuz of the people who used to work there but I had to throw my “Sunday” cause it didn’t have the taste that I used to enjoy and plus I had to wait like 15min to be able to order I won’t buy anything again unless I see different personal taking care of People like this girl call “Megan” idk if someone knows her but we more people like her to be there not what they have rn I’m sorry but this is not right

The Italian ice here was very good. I’m used to Rita’s and I think this is a bit better. I tried the strawberry and mango, but preferred the mango. Both had fruit pieces which were really good, but the strawberry was a little chunky and not as smooth. Had to ask next door for someone to come to the window, so if no one is there at first they will come right away once you alert them.
