The Italian ice here was very good. I’m used to Rita’s and I think this is a bit better. I tried the strawberry and mango, but preferred the mango. Both had fruit pieces which were really good, but the strawberry was a little chunky and not as smooth. Had to ask next door for someone to come to the window, so if no one is there at first they will come right away once you alert them.

I just spent $60 on quarts of ices for my Father's Day gathering tomorrow. Every year I have bought Ralph's for my guests for many occasions and have always been given a stack of paper cups for my guests. THIS TIME, I was told that Ralph's no longer has the paper cups and that I would have to pay 50 cents for EACH cup that I want . . . another $10.00 for cups for my guests after spending $60 on ices!!!!!! Are they kidding me???? Charging me $10 for something I used to get for free? How greedy can you get? You can bet that all of my guests tomorrow will hear about this, as well as all my clients in my business. Shame on you, Ralph's. Putting your personal greed for profit above taking care of your loyal clientele. I think it's time to find a new place.

Terrible. Ordered from them and only got one of the two items (which wasn't correct).Called for a refund and nobody was able to issue my refund but was told I'd get a call back from a manager. I called 4 separate times and even went in to the location to speak with someone and was promised a call back from the owner. Now I have to contest the charge. Awful customer service.

I've never had a worst experience getting ice cream. I came in wanting one thing, a birthday cake doughnado. When I order, he informs me they are out of birthday cake cookie dough and that they only have chocolate chip. Totally fine. He fumbles through some papers, then tells me they also don't have birthday cake ice cream. I assure him it's okay, as a doughnado is made with soft serve anyways. He calls in a co worker (presumably his manager) to help him, and she starts scooping some vanilla ice cream. She then looks up and me and clarifies what I'm ordering, so I tell her. (A birthday cake doughnado with chocolate chip dough instead of bday cake). After a good 5 minutes of them discussing how they are going to make it, she comes over and has me pay. I pay, and I see her go back and begin making definitely not what I just paid for. I was practically given vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips on top. No sprinkles, no cookie dough in sight. Before I could say anything, she looks past me and starts talking to her friend who had come in to visit, acting as if I didn't even exist. $7.25 down the drain on a cup of soft serve with chocolate chips. I've been to the same Ralph's and had the same thing made, so this wasn't rocket science. They even had the poster with a picture of the actual product on display. Now that I'm writing this I know it's not the end of the world, but the fact that the presumed manager refused to acknowledge the fact that what she gave me was not what I ordered at all really irks me.

Came here tonight for ice cream and the service was terrible! There was a young girl and young boy working at around 9:30pm. I said hello and they didn't greet us back at all. & The young girl was spraying cleaning spray on the ice cream windows while they were open and the spray was flying all over the ice cream. Very unsanitary!!!! Not to mention no manners at all. Customer service was awful and unsanitary!!! Never coming back to this location. This Ralph's location needs new employees asap. Very disappointed.

It is becoming a summer habit visiting Ralf's Ices during these sizzling summer months. Let us decide; Chocolate Chip Mint or Cannoli ices, you choose, sorry cannot wait for your Yelp reply. We will go with both. Another location of many I have visited for my favorite of the day flavored ices.

Their hours say they close at 10:30. We got there at 10:10 and they wouldn’t serve us and the workers completely ignored us and were rude. Definitely not happy about it
