I have been a customer since this store opened. A loyal, consistent (when in town 3-4x per week). I travel for business and always find my local Starbucks, in the airports you are still in and local communities. Today's experience was uncommon but the rudest I have ever experienced anywhere and no it wasn't a millennium, an older woman, not only was abrupt, disruptive but when I approached the window covered her badge and when I asked for her name said "I don't want to give it to you." I will not return to Starbucks until she is fired. Her attitude does not align with the culture and experience that Starbucks has built its brand on. A more formal letter to follow to the office of the President of Starbucks and any social media service that exists.

Starbucks usually has excellent customer service, but Agatha my barista today was the complete opposite of that. I come to this location several times a week. Today I accidentally placed my mobile order to the incorrect location and didnt realize until it came my turn at the drive through. I apologized for my mistake. She said “oh.. yeah the other location will have it” Since she didn't offer to make my drinks, and i had already waited a long time in line, I asked her if she could make them for me and she flat out refused was very rude and instructed me to drive to the other location.

Starbucks didn't package an Uber delivery I was making properly. Unfortunately, the wet paper bag full with drinks collapsed on the passengers seat when I lifted it up by the handle. The manager laughed in my face and blamed me for shaking the drinks in the delivery process whereas they were in fact secure during the whole trip. I've made 1398 deliveries and I've never had a problem with drinks being shaken. You can see from the pictures how careless they were in the process of making the drinks. The lid wasn't secure on one of the coffees is I believe what happened.

My order was ready and I asked if I could take the order, the guy replied so rudely that i needed to wait it wasnot so hard to stand there. I hope noone never have the same experience in these store. i think customer service is the most important especially when you work as a barista.

Lady at the drive thru with the stars on her neck needs a new job. She shouldn’t be serving with customers with her terrible attitude. I had to drive away without a drink and wasted my time cause of her. I was very polite to her and told her my order was wrong and she rolled her eyes at me and gave me the nastiest look and fakest smile ever. I wasn’t trying to give her a hard time over berries. Like why are you working somewhere that deals with customer service and carry that nasty attitude?

Sadly, I went from loving this location when it first opened for it's convenience, to no longer wanting to go to this store! I have had two experiences recently that left me very unhappy... And quite frankly was not up to the high standard that I'm used to from Starbucks! The women working at the end of the night at this store are extremely rude and unprofessional. I spend $10 every night on my way home from work at a starbucks... And I always pay cash! I do not own a credit card and I do not have a debit card, therefore I only use cash! During both incidents, they took my order at the window, and then proceeded to ask me if I had a card to use because they were not going to be accepting cash. It was 9:10 the last time I was there... 20 minutes before closing, and they refused to take my order because I only had cash! This happened to me twice! The last time I had to wait behind another car that was actually receiving their order! I will never again go to this store! The first incident, I tried to use a gift card because they refused to take cash and it wouldn't go through so the manager basically threw the drink at me and slammed the windows closed ....which left me confused and quite upset!!!! I will never ever again go to this store! They definitely need new employees, and a much more competent and professional night manager!! Turning customers away is ridiculous! I work all day, and I look forward to my coffee on my way home. It was too late both nights to go to another location, and with the amount of money I spent there weekly, it just left a bad taste in my mouth. Worst experience(s) at a Starbucks...ever!

Very small, weirdly angled parking lot. The whole street backs up during peak time.
