Ok. Love my go to drink. When they have it. To be completely honest upfront. I don't usually go to Starbucks anymore. From how they treat their workers to how my food came to me this morning. How was this tiny thing worth 8$. This is the new jalapeno chicken pocket. How is this appropriate?

So done with the Broadhollow Snyder Street store they can never make my drink right and now with the holiday cups I had ordered the holiday drink and another store who had ran out of cups corporate said they were supposed to give me a cup if I went in and showed them my order. They refused to give me a cup. I will not go back to the store in any circumstance.

The manager lady with blonde hair is so rude and they overcharge drinks when down the block Starbucks is cheaper The atmosphere sucks and their attitude and they close at all different times . The worst . Change staff and management. The only nice lady is the heavyset woman . Make her manager . Everyone else are clowns
