So done with the Broadhollow Snyder Street store they can never make my drink right and now with the holiday cups I had ordered the holiday drink and another store who had ran out of cups corporate said they were supposed to give me a cup if I went in and showed them my order. They refused to give me a cup. I will not go back to the store in any circumstance.

The manager lady with blonde hair is so rude and they overcharge drinks when down the block Starbucks is cheaper The atmosphere sucks and their attitude and they close at all different times . The worst . Change staff and management. The only nice lady is the heavyset woman . Make her manager . Everyone else are clowns

Very disappointed with this Starbucks location. Today, I received my mobile order with a good portion of it empty, as you can see in the photos. Please note that I have not taken a sip from this drink (as you can see the lid is clean and it has not been shaken up). This Starbucks has been very inconsistent with the quality of their drinks but I keep trying to give them chance after chance since it’s conveniently located near my job. I would rather drive the extra 5min to the other location on 110.

This Starbuck's is great. The parking lot is crammed and very dangerous.
Vegetarian options: Protein boxes.
Dietary restrictions: Fruit and protein selections.
Parking: Shared lot with other food take-out businesses. Narrow and dangerous for cars and pedestrians.
Kid-friendliness: Big inside for wandering kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide opening and floor space.
Love the frappachinos on a hot day... haven't had the food but the drinks were great.
