Awesome customer service. Just before I arrived, a group of 8 young boys had arrived on their bikes and placed a large order of food and smoothies. Obviously, this caused a back-up for the two workers there and there was a little bit of a wait, which I totally understood!! They were working very hard to get the orders out and the man working there, Bobby, was so apologetic to me for having to wait. He even gave me some coupons to make up for the wait, which was only about 15 minutes...
Wow is all I can say. I've never been a patron of tropical smoothie until today. I had a coupon from t mobile tuesday and wanted to try it out. When I went into the store, I was greeted kindly by the employees. My acai bowl was created very carefully and precisely as I asked. My bowl had delicious fresh fruit, crunchy granola and tasty acai. I will definitely be back.
We catered from here for a school event. Everything was delivered on time. When we realized that the order was incorrect, even though the quantity was right, we informed the owner and both she and the manager made it right. They delivered the items within the hour. The smoothies were a big hit, and the açai bowls were delicious. I highly recommend catering for a fun and different breakfast event for your organization or company especially during these warm summer days.
