Probably the best Dunkin in the capital region. This place gets insanely busy, but the staff keeps the line moving. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. And the facilities are clean. HUGE shout out to the staff.

The staff are great, very friendly but this store is CONSTANTLY sold out of items. Not sure who does the ordering for this store but they will be without multiple items for days at a time and this has been an ongoing problem. Awful!

The staff at the Menands location is so friendly and helpful and makes my drink perfectly every time . I go there every day at least once a day now and I can’t say enough how much this is my favorite location.

This Dunkin' location is ok, but I started going to a different location due to the following issues:
- My frozen chocolates were usually borderline flavorless. - There is one employee that is a stickler about having mobile order customers give their name at the speaker before pulling up to the window, even when there's no one else in the drive thru. Pro tip: If you only have one customer, maybe don't needlessly boss them around.
No longer give seniors 10% discount but still put tip cup out that's sad .

It's not the worst location, BUT it's annoying to be put on hold while employees take person calls. Even stuck waiting for a small order with no customers, and they sit around talking, then ask 7 times what you ordered before FINALLY making it! At least the location is clean, though.
