Waited too long, ten extra minutes, to get my pre ordered small dinner.
Was not even acknowledged readily and a couple had their order taken before I was addressed.
Poor customer service.

I placed my order online and went to pick up. Chicken was overpacked in basket but biscuits had just come out the oven and were delicious. Wedges had the right amount of salt and were freshly fried so no soggy fires is always a plus! As far as atmosphere not busy and clean tables. Employees you get a variety: the one who's just there, one who is welcoming and one that just is stuck in misery. Overall good experience.

Dry chicken. Closes lobby before lobby hours are supposed to close and serves put of time (old) food that should have been disposed of as waste to save a buck and shut down the kitchen earlier than set hours.
