We showed up at 8:12 PM for our dinner that was never to be had because they were not open but better yet cleaning up so they could go home leaving me without my foot-long.

Since new management this subway is absolutely terrible, especially for online orders. Always forget half of the stuff I order.

I ordered online , the food wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up. I ordered a tuna sub with bacon . The flat bread wasn’t toasted and the bacon wasn’t cooked. Won’t be going back . Especially now that I know Raj isn’t there anymore. ✌️ I see this Subway being closed within a year !

I have been going to this place sparsely ever since I noticed that Raj and crew weren't working there. Only now that I read these recent reviews, I am saddened to hear that Raj had sold the place. I can't say I blame them considering how Subway treats their franchise owners, but this is a loss for me.
It's not just the same. They used to bake fresh cookies right before lunch, but now they're cold and hardened every time I go there. The lettuce I get now is occasionally slightly browned. Lastly, of course, it's just not even nearly equivalent to the friendly faces I used to see.

A BIG THANK YOU TO PREVIOUS OWNER, RAJ! THE WERE THE BEST! WE MISS YOU! This place sucks now! Service sucks, attitude sucks, food sucks! My sandwich was a sloppy mess that I had to eventually request a fork to eat it with. It's very sad to see this, once, gem of a Subway fall so far so fast. Needless to say I won't be back.
I've been frequenting this Subway shop since about 1997. Raj and Mita sold the place suddenly, about two months ago, after almost 40 years. It's gone from being the best Subway shop to the worst in that time. Familiar, competent employees have been replaced with incompetent ones and grumpy management.
Today was the last straw. They refused to toast a sub with spinach on it, even though I've been getting that done since Subway introduced the air ovens. The sub was a foot long but had only half a sub's worth of chicken. The soda fountain has been down for over a week, so I had to get a bottle, which meant an upcharge. The total came to $11.33, which I paid with $20.35. What's my change? $8.70...??? Sorry, Subway, but that's it—I'm never going there or to any Subway ever again!

Stopped here twice while traveling through NY. Staff is awesome. Food is fresh and tastes great. Store is clean. This is how all Subways should be. Glad we found it and hope to visit again soon.

Greeted upon entrance by a woman who appears to not enjoy being there with, "Just to let you know we don't accept coupons." Had she not been so snotty, I would have ordered anyway. I left instead.
