Located in Texas, NY not far from Mexico,NY we initially found this place driving past on our way to the city of Oswego. The long line drew us in and they were not wrong. As of today $14 gets you half a chicken and your choice of two sides. It's no frills but you come here for the chicken or have a drink at the bar. Watching the process unfold makes the wait in the line quick. Watch them make the wood charcoal and then into rotisserie along with their signature blend of spices which makes this a favorite summer stop for lunch on the weekend.

We will never know how good the chicken is. Went on a Sunday @ 530 pm, sold out. Np - went back Tuesday, not open. Went back Friday - it was open, which was nice, but we were told chicken is only sold on Saturdays and Sundays, which was hard to take because there were like 100 chickens being prepared on a table right in front of the premises. The bar was open, but it was only 1130 am so we had to move on.
