The food is okay, literally every time I go the fries are old, hard and stale, also never get anything customized. These guys can never make a deluxe sandwich right. They always make regular. But if you order everything generic they do really well. Edit: 2025 - I take it back. These people can't even handle a regular order. I get handed the wrong food chronically. It's like the expo person just takes whatever sandwich is close enough to the order and tosses it in the bag.

Even though nationally McDonald's offers table serve, I find the table numbers are not available at the kiosks. This happened several times during recent travels. There times I have to get the drink myself while I have to lug my purse and belongings with me to the soda area. Come on, McDonald's!

Ordered chicken strips meal, a hamburger and a Hi C orange with no ice at the first window. At the second window, I looked down at the receipt and noticed I did not pay for a hamburger. I received my Hi C, With ice, but I didn't complain. I asked if I could order a hamburger, because the first window staff member did not charge me for one and she said yes. My food was delicious, but, I need to make sure my order is correct next time, before I go to pick up.

Employees did not place my order correctly so I had to reorder part of my order at the window. Still did not give correct sauce for nuggets after being told many times we payed for extra and fries were hard and cold even though it was a busy night. Will not be back to Mexico McDonalds as employees dont care about making your order right.

I hope you get shut down by the state department. I got very sick from a chicken sandwich. Possibly ecoli. Not very clean.
I went to this McDonald’s one night to pick up a mobile order and I had the guy hand me a drink that was already 1/4 gone like he drank out of it himself. He kind of just held it then handed it to me awkwardly and I was so confused. It took legit like 10 additional minutes to get our order out, even tho they said it was done on arrival. At the end, they asked if what they gave us in the bag was what the order was….. *confused* I should just go in and make it myself I guess!
Outside of my drink, the rest of the food was okay.
