Was there at 4:30 pm on 2/29/26. Ordered a shamrock shake to be told they were out of mix so ended up with a sprite. Disappointing so early in the day to be told they were out of what is a popular item they should of been prepared for
Even though nationally McDonald's offers table serve, I find the table numbers are not available at the kiosks. This happened several times during recent travels. There times I have to get the drink myself while I have to lug my purse and belongings with me to the soda area. Come on, McDonald's!
Ordered chicken strips meal, a hamburger and a Hi C orange with no ice at the first window. At the second window, I looked down at the receipt and noticed I did not pay for a hamburger. I received my Hi C, With ice, but I didn't complain. I asked if I could order a hamburger, because the first window staff member did not charge me for one and she said yes. My food was delicious, but, I need to make sure my order is correct next time, before I go to pick up.
