Food is decent/pricey. Only place around that delivers. However, we spent $40 after tax and tip on 2 BLT subs and when we opened them they were a mess. Looks like someone just threw stuff at the open sub and wrapped it up. The bread was cut all the way through and its impossible to pick up without everything falling all over. It wasnt made correctly either, but that was an easy fix. However navigating the mess is not.

I’ve gone to Paulanjos for about 20 years now. Pizza is pretty good as are the wings; but lately I’m not sure what’s going on with their prices/staff training. I order the same thing consistently and I’ve gotten a different price the last 4 times I’ve ordered (since the new year). I love supporting a local place like this, but there seems to be a big opportunity for them to ensure their staff is a bit more trained on policies, pricing, etc. Not trying to take a dig, it’s just very confusing as a customer when my order fluctuates by $5/$10 depending on who takes my order it seems.

My Son ordered a large pizza. This was the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was so dry and over cooked. I will never order from them again. It was horrible.

Worst.pizza.EVER. Pizza came half sliced in 16th and the other half regular 8ths?? Cheap cheap cheap ingredients, but only the highest prices. Ordered the 10 piece boneless wings…they didn’t come with blue cheese ? Seems that’s standard here and you’d think they’d say “hey, would you like blue cheese with that?” East peasy, but no. Never would I ever will I ever order from here again.
Disgusting wings! Pizza is alright but wings are very gross. They came soggy and rubbery the first time and then the 2nd time we ordered they came way too hard, you couldn't even cut it with a fork! We will NEVER go there again!

My wife and I ordered bread bowl salads and fries. Best bread bowls we’ve had in a long time. Bowls were cooked just right and salads were fresh. Crispy seasoned fries were also excellent.Good job!

Not pleased at all with this restaurant. While waiting for my pizza, I noticed the girl preparing another pizza for a customer without gloves on. I watched her go from touching the register to immediately making the pizza. Didn't wash her hands. When I asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves while handling all the toppings she told me "we put it in the oven and once it gets to a certain temperature it kills all the germs." Regardless, it looks unsanitary and looks bad to those who don't work in the restaurant business and don't know that a certain temperature kills germs. At least walk out of sight and pretend like you washed your hands while in the presence of customers. Once I received my pizzas the other employee told me they topped my garlic pizza with parmesan and cut it like bread sticks because they thought that's what I ordered, but not to worry it's still a garlic pizza. I asked, when I got home if it didn't taste good if they'd do anything about it? He said with attitude and pulling the pizzas out of my hand- "you know what I'll just make you all new pizzas, I did give you a medium instead of a small for the cheese pizza because of the mistake with the garlic pizza." I said I didn't have time for them to make me all new pizzas and that I would at least try it. I also thanked him for the medium cheese as he didn't have to do that. As I proceeded to leave he said to his co-worker "crazzzzy".Once I got home the garlic pizza definitely tasted like bread sticks and not a garlic pizza. The cheese pizza was sub-par and the buffalo bites were not cooked at all. They were soggy, doughy and disgusting. Overall displeased and extremely disappointed with their customer service, sanitary practices, and quality of food.Should have just made the trip the Pulaski and gone to the Paulanjo's there. They're always pleasant and food is always good.

Second time passing through and grabbing a sub, This one was perfect in every way, Bun fresh turkey piled high and just the right toppings and condiments to enjoy it on trip back to Fulton.
