Ordered a 6" meatball sub. Got into my vehicle went down the road to Grandma Browns to eat it and it was cold. Not sure if they forgot to turn the heating on or just remembered to take it out of the fridge

Waited in line to get a Philly steak sub. Get Oh guess what no ham either. They could if made a sign instead of wasting people lunch break! Lady making subs gave customer in front of me a dirty look for forgetting to ask for her roll toasted. I left and went elsewhere. Won't be back.

The women working for lunch had amazing personalities and very friendly and an impeccable memory. I had a really random special request and they were able to accommodate. My girlfriend comes and gets lunch almost everyday and they have her sub memorized when I decided to show up and surprise her for lunch.

i go to this establishment all the time, the employees literally know my order i’m in there so much😂. everyone that works there is always super friendly and welcoming, they make my subs perfect everytime. i always have a problem free visit and prefer this subway over any other in the area, it’s always clean inside and all of the ingredients are always available when i go there
One lady was eating while slicing meat. Not appropriate and frankly, very disgusting. Also, if I wanted a salt sandwich, it would cost me less to buy a loaf of bread and load it with salt myself. Overall, not pleased.

The two girls working 8/28/25 were absolutely rude I totally understand waiting wouldn’t have minded if they were not total RUDE about being busy absolutely never have had someone there be rude this first time someone has been that rude in called for by all means please work on your communication skills

if i could give them negative stars i would. The main woman in there is always miserable and gives people dirty looks and attitude. i asked for a specific sub from the board for my boyfriend and she didnt tell me they didnt have some of the items that came on it until after she was almost done making it. And still expected me to pay for it even though she failed to look and see what meats she had before she started making our subs we have officitally stopped going there and take the trip to the one in oswego instead from now on.
