I just got off the phone with the lady working there, and I can't praise her enough. I was having a major issue with a DoorDash delivery, and while DoorDash kept claiming it was the store's fault, she was incredibly professional and kind. She took it upon herself to contact DoorDash, identified that the issue was actually a lack of drivers in my area, and ensured I got my refund. Her customer service is truly top notch, and she handled my frustration with total grace.
The Subway staff is always so genuinely kind and welcoming…the service is top tier! Additionally, the restaurant is always clean, well-kept, and organized making it an overall pleasant experience.
Ordered a 6" meatball sub. Got into my vehicle went down the road to Grandma Browns to eat it and it was cold. Not sure if they forgot to turn the heating on or just remembered to take it out of the fridge
