I’ve had food from this location and many times have given a chance after I should not have. Many times they have gotten rude and insisted all food was there when it in fact was not even after providing the receipt and not having left the drive thru. Today when just mentioning the steak bites which after further research seems to be a not in NYC; I was greeted with rude behavior deeming he’s been asked the question multiple times; something I’d deem as inappropriate behavior.

This location has the same dedicated hard working workers. My favorite is the snack wraps which I feel no one even knows about! They’re so delicious. Ringing the bell as you exit is such a fun way to tell the workers that they did a great job.
This Arby's is a cute, unique location. The food was fresh and tasty and the employees were very nice. There are nostalgic little tidbits all around like antique looking pendant lamps, murals, and artistic stained glass.

I placed an order at the drive-through. My Sweet Quarter Pound Pulled Pork Sandwich was missing the sauce that should have been included. The French fries were soggy and cold, so unfortunately, I had to throw them away.
