I only knew of one Arby's being in New York. So I was taken aback by how this felt like an actual fast-food restaurant and not a fast-food spot; it was so clean, and the food was good.

As a first timer at Arby’s, Hayden made my partner and my experience phenomenal. We went for a ranch snack wrap, and after asking a few questions he suggested my partner try the roast beef slider and a couple curated sides. He was incredibly accommodating and friendly and communicated the menu with us in depth. Hayden turned what would have been an ordinary experience for us, a really positive one. We’re excited to go back!!

THIS IS MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD CHAIN!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE & LIVE 4 ARBY'S. IDK HOW THEY DON'T DO BETTER SINCE THEIR SANDWICHES ARE BEYOND DELICIOUS. ARBY'S WAS ALWAYS GREAT 2 ME, BUT IF UR NOT A ROAST BEEF PERSON PLEASE GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE FOR REAL...THEIR SMOKEHOUSE BRISKET SANDWICHES ARE INSANELY DELICIOUS!!! THE ONLY THING I HATE IS THEY CHANGED THE CHEESE. IT USED TO BE GOUDA WHICH MADE THAT SANDWICH SO INCREDIBLY UNIQUE & SOME IDIOT ON CORPORATE...
