Management should really be present on the weekends. The current crew needs help with how to talk and treat customers. They need a lesson in good customer service. I hate to call out names in a review but I have had an issue with the same lady 3x! Horrible attitude and rude as can be. Yes, I’m talking about you Sydney. You need to treat others how you would want to be treated. Shame on you for the way you talk to people. If you don’t like your job, then quit.
If you want good customer service avoid 80th avenue Dunkin on the weekends. Wait is ridiculously long too!

Horrible experience!!Always do mobile Orders but today, when I went to go pick up after I ordered less than 10 minutes ago, my order was picked up by another person who then the associate told me it was a male who picked up an order for a girl.When asked for a refund, they did not give it to me and said they can make my order in a few seconds. Showed what I ordered on the app, the associate, then took my phone behind the counter for more than one minute. I had to ask for my property back after he never asked if he could take it behind the counter.Nothing but horrible experiences since the pandemic. Always missing a donut when ordered with a beverage. Needs to work on customer service. And quality control

Dunkin Donuts. You probably think of coffee and donuts. That’s too bad.Whether you order a coffee with 2 creams or 20, bring your spoon and prepare to ask for a small cup of extra creamer because the coffees will both look exactly the same and it will never be mixed. You’ll get that nice sugar blast on the last sip.It’s amazing how these simple things are overlooked.They also reuse donuts against policy for 2-3 days. I’ve never seen such a disgusting practice anywhere else. They are supposed to toss them out. This has been going on for a decade also. No relief in sight. Guess they make money off people who don’t complain.Do better.

I work nearby on Eliot Ave , so this is the most convenient location for me . When I used to order in the store my order was never correct, so I downloaded the DD app , plus I get offers and a free coffee. Fool proof right ? No wrong . I just ordered a toasted bagel with butter on the side. A non toasted bagel came no butter . I checked my order No butter , I-then asked the employee behind the counter for the butter she gave me a nasty look and gave me a tiny amount. Got to my office bagel not toasted and not split in half . DD management needs to address the situation with the rude staff and in correct orders

Worst Dunkin ever. Don’t pay attention and CAN NOT handle more then 3 orders at a time. Very bad attitudes, slow and messes up simple
