Horrible experience!!Always do mobile Orders but today, when I went to go pick up after I ordered less than 10 minutes ago, my order was picked up by another person who then the associate told me it was a male who picked up an order for a girl.When asked for a refund, they did not give it to me and said they can make my order in a few seconds. Showed what I ordered on the app, the associate, then took my phone behind the counter for more than one minute. I had to ask for my property back after he never asked if he could take it behind the counter.Nothing but horrible experiences since the pandemic. Always missing a donut when ordered with a beverage. Needs to work on customer service. And quality control

Dunkin Donuts. You probably think of coffee and donuts. That’s too bad.Whether you order a coffee with 2 creams or 20, bring your spoon and prepare to ask for a small cup of extra creamer because the coffees will both look exactly the same and it will never be mixed. You’ll get that nice sugar blast on the last sip.It’s amazing how these simple things are overlooked.They also reuse donuts against policy for 2-3 days. I’ve never seen such a disgusting practice anywhere else. They are supposed to toss them out. This has been going on for a decade also. No relief in sight. Guess they make money off people who don’t complain.Do better.

I work nearby on Eliot Ave , so this is the most convenient location for me . When I used to order in the store my order was never correct, so I downloaded the DD app , plus I get offers and a free coffee. Fool proof right ? No wrong . I just ordered a toasted bagel with butter on the side. A non toasted bagel came no butter . I checked my order No butter , I-then asked the employee behind the counter for the butter she gave me a nasty look and gave me a tiny amount. Got to my office bagel not toasted and not split in half . DD management needs to address the situation with the rude staff and in correct orders

my wife visited this store on thursday 7/6 at 5:19 p.m. & as is usual encountered the same rude behavior not initially directed toward her. she was on line behind a young hispanic male who spoke english albeit a bit broken but still understandable. he requested 3 different types of coffee from the store associate who proceeded to snap at him that he does not speak spanish. it's ironic considering that the associate/ manager is an immigrant himself who speaks with an accent. my wife lashed into this awful lowlife for his unacceptable conduct who totally ignored her. middle village is a predominantly conservative neighborhood where its residents conduct themselves with respect for others. the proprietor who is most probably an immigrant himself to our wonderful country should learn to embrace our values. this franchisee reflects poorly on the image of corporate dunkin donuts & should have his franchise revoked by corporate.

Terrible! I ordered my drink of a cold brew and these staff members were the rudest people I’ve seen and not only did they take 14 minutes to make the drink(I timed it) Multiple drinks that were ordered behind me flew out before mine, even other cold brew’s. They were laughing and kept coming up and asking me what I was waiting for when they knew damn well that they were stalling time. Don’t ever come here, these people aren’t welcoming at all.
Don’t do business with these people .go to another location . They are extremely nasty at this one .they don’t seem to want to serve white people .and quite frankly the last time I wAs in there I actually found a baby fly in my latte I wanted to throw up.and their donuts are always stale . I mean the hipsters must like it
