I recently visited and, unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. Despite not being busy, I felt overlooked as I waited for assistance, while a new customer who arrived after me was helped right away. It would have made a big difference to simply be acknowledged and assured that help was on the way. I hope if can improve its customer service to ensure that everyone feels appreciated and attended to, even during quieter times..

Ive been going to this place for years until today.
The cashier had the AUDACITY to ask/tell me " Was she adding a 15 or 20% TIP to my card? I'm sorry but what? I'm never tipping anyone for handing me a piece of bread.
Now I will never return. This is just out of control. The look on her face when I said NO was disturbing as well. Pay your workers. I did not sit down for service. This behavior is UNACCEPTABLE!

The beef & chicken empanadas were not good. The taste and texture might have been ok at one time a few months ago before they were frozen, freezer burnt, defrosted, reheated, and sold. I tried 2 other pastries that were ok but not nearly as good as some of the other Colombian bakeries in the area.

The only star they get is because the food is delicious and it is the only Colombian place in the area. The service is terrible most of the time we come. The people who serve are rude to customers. The place would be saved if they hired people who know what customer service is. What a pity.
