I’ll keep it simple. In Queens where you can get the most best Thai food outside of its homeland, this little shop on the southern tip of queens is a gem. Get the ma kin kaprow if you’re new and get a Thai tea to wash it all down. Been ordering here for quite a while now and it’s something that’s always stayed the same with no issues.

Very small, intimate spot that does fantastic flavors and has excellent, friendly service. The food is brought out quickly and the server is always checking up and getting you what you need. Also just has some of the best food in the area. The pad kee mao is my favorite!

Its a small place ive only ordered for take out but they do have some tables. The food is really good and fresh! My wife loves the seafood tom yum & the chicken satay. I got the pork belly pad thai and it was amazing, they are generous with the protein. I'd def recommend it.
I didn’t like the pad Thai with crispy pork in it. Too dry. I like the old MAKIN.
Came here for a quick lunch and it did not disappoint. Ordered thai fried rice and i left the place satisfied. Not oily and they used fresh ingredients. Will be back when im in the neighborhood again.
Got take-out from here so admittedly I'm reviewing this in that light (i.e. giving it a bit more grace than if I had eaten it in person).
Tom yum soup: this was delightful. It was a small/appetizer size portion for about $9 each. The chicken it came with was fine, I ended up adding some more protein. I think the flavor could have been a BIT spicier but it was nice.
Garlic sautéed: this was my least favorite of the 3 things I got. To be fair, I try not to order seafood as my protein in Thai dishes like this as I feel like it's a bit of a waste and doesn't add much to the dish. But despite this, I felt like the sauce was a bit boring and the garlic certainly was not evenly distributed.
Spicy basil w/ chicken: I've always said spicy basil is an excellent dish on which to judge a Thai restaurant and this was a good option. Perfectly spicy, good amount of substance, and chicken was nice. Lived up to standards.
Side note, I truly appreciated that everything was super wrapped in plastic wrap so it was an overall very clean takeout experience.
First time. The red curry with chicken was spicy enough for me but why is the rice small? A meal that price should have the large rice. That amount of rice only goes for half of the chicken red curry. Please give more rice. And how about offering chicken flavored rice?

Restaurantji Recommends
This place is very intimate, not to mention that the Thai food is amazing and delicious! I tried their pineapple fried rice with chicken. I highly recommend it. It does contain cashews, for those allergic to peanuts. The staff was also very attentive and polite. Go and check this place out. You will not regret it!

Little expensive but very good
This is our new Thai Restaurant! We ordered the Shrimp pad Thai and The Drunken Noodles.. We asked for the food to be mildly spicy and that is precisely how our Oder was made. The women who took our order was super friendly and Recommended the Curry Puffs .. My Wife and I were eyeing the last one like hungry unfed lions.. ? My wife ended up having the last one. Highly Recommend this place.
