Finally a great authentic Italian Bakery...will drive through traffic in Smithtown anytime for these goodies! Went late afternoon early evening and cake tasted like they just made it!

This place is super annoying. I went on Thursday Jan 2 2025. I went in at 6:55. I got 2 cakes. One of them was stale and not good. However I really went in for espresso and cappuccino. I was told that the machine was cleaned and no coffee. They close at 7:30. That should not be my problem. It was just super annoying

I have been coming here for years. Yesterday I bought 4 plates of struffoli for $72 and they were stale! I have bought them in prior years and were delicious. These were inedible!
I've always enjoyed having breakfast here with my family. It's a really family-friendly place, and the food is excellent. I appreciate the attentive staff as well. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my experiences here!

The truth is everything. Rico had the opportunity to go to this Panepinto place to have breakfast, the fresh food, the festive family atmosphere and the service. Excellent, very happy, I recommend everyone to visit this place

I order a cup of tea. The phone rings the Service stops making my tea. To answer the phone . She takes the order then she continues to make my tea. I told her that was wrong. Finishing making my tea, and then answer the phone 😡😡

Food and service was great, it can get pretty crowded at lunch and you can be sitting extra close to other diners.
