I placed an order on the Sunday before Thanksgiving, the man on the phone took my order and said I could pay when I pick up. My daughter went to pick the 2 pies up and they didn't have them to give them to her. He ended up giving her 2 pies from the refrigerator. We had them today on Thanksgiving and they were horrible. The apple crumb was terrible, the apples were brownish orange like canned apples or peaches. The coconut custard was dry and hard. Never again will i go there for anything.

Great places to have breakfast, lunch, or just a cup of coffee and a tasty pastry. Good customer service. Highly recommended. I should add. Seating is limited, or you can take it with you.

From the food, deserts & coffee I was very happy. My server was pretty awesome too.

It is located in a good neighbourhood, their food is very good. But sometimes their staff is not very friendly!

I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero stars. A bad actor stole my information and ordered using Grub Hub. I contacted the restaurant and spoke to Jay. He told me that he did not know what to do because that never happened before. I asked to speak to the manager Jay told me that the manager couldn’t come to the phone because he was busy. Jay then informed me that he did not have to help me.This place of business is clearly not customer centric.Do business with them at your own risk.

Thank you to Panepinto for this amazing cake! My boyfriend loved it for his 30th. You all made the ordering and pick up process so easy. The cake looked great and tasted great.

Came here for the first time to have breakfast. First impression it's a lovely place inside and outside with outdoor seating. I ordered a green smoothie (spinach, bananas, almond milk and peanut butter) and decided to dine outside. The server appeared rush and fluster in providing the menu. She came back maybe 5 minutes later to take my order. I ordered the waffle with fruits. The waffle was fluffy, fresh and delicious with the fresh fruits. I didn't like my smoothie, it was too thick with a heavy taste of the peanut butter. After finishing, I waited for the server to return to pay my bill, she never came back outside. I had to go inside to pay at the counter. It was an okay experience, but will not return again.

Amazing breakfast place and bakery. Outdoor seating (dog friendly) Bit pricey ($4 for a donut) for this area but pandemic has t helped food prices. Ordered egg sandwich..good but needs salt, egg platter (good and hard to mess up), eggs florentine (good). Will go again. Large cakes are $50 and small cakes are $40

Some recent reviews mention dips in quality which I can't speak on/haven't experienced because I've only recently started ordering from Panepinto and everything I've had has been delicious! I've had bagels, sandwiches, pastries, coffee etc and there have been no complaints in terms of taste from me or my partner! The chocolate chip cookie is sooo good and FULL of chocolate chunks. They really nailed that one. Bagels are big and fluffy inside, not necessarily chewy like a typical New York bagel but still very delicious in its own way. Also enjoyed the doughnuts, cannoli, chocolate rugala, tiramisu.. I could go on. Rainbow cookies were just okay in my opinion but my partner and niece didn't enjoy them (to be fair we're rainbow cookie connoisseurs and tough critics!). My only complaint is price. Sandwiches can easily cost $15 or so. A bacon egg and cheese is like $7? I would honestly go more often because the food is very good but it feels more like a "special treat" place rather than a regular go-to spot, at least according to my wallet!

My father and I have been going to Panepinto for the past few years and for much of that time it was one of the best bakeries in the area. However, the quality has become increasingly worst. While I understand that times are difficult, that is not an excuse to diminish the quality of pastries. Not only that, but prices remain high. While in the past, the quality made the price digestible, that is no longer the case. My most recent experience was by far the worst. The taste was very poor and suggests cheap ingredients are being used. Unless something drastically changes, I would strongly discourage anyone from going to Panepinto.

The service at Panepinto could be better. The employees don't greet you with a smile, sometimes they ignore when you ask them a question. Only the female waitress is friendly and cares about her customers happiness.

Panepinto has the best decaffeinated coffee in Queens! I recommend them not only for coffee but also pastries especially the cookies?
