I’ve been to Hubies many times and always enjoyed it. This visit things were definitely different. The salad was not fresh, it was always so fresh! The homemade garlic French was no longer even though the server said “I think it is”. The server didn’t seem very concerned that the salads were brown and limp. The bread was good. My dinner was chicken parm and despite it taking a long time, the cheese on top wasn’t really melted. I ate the edges which were hot and the flavor was ok but the cheese was cold in the middle. My friend ordered the special and couldn’t eat it. The portions…. Half the size I remember. They were always huge. I think I may be done visiting this restaurant 😟. I am wondering if it changed owners or something because it’s definitely changed.

We have gotten great meals here before, but tonight our salads came out and were more brown than green and the food was just OK. It takes some gonads to send a salad out of the kitchen, looking like that.

We used to live in Schoharie county. My wife always liked the conglomerate. Occasionally I would go with her and get a slice of pizza while she shopped. We did a sit down dinner in the restaurant a couple times. It was the regular italian fare and was good. We have moved away but still come out now and then. However, the conglomerate has now closed. We will still come out to visit the Carrot Barn and the brewery in Schoharie, the Wayward Lane. I will have to get out to Middleburgh to get a slice of Hubies pizza. It is great out of the oven. It is a thin crust New York style. Great tasting crust, sauce and cheese. It is the second best pizza I have ever had, and I love pizza. It is worth the trip and it is what gets my 5 stars. The staff is also very friendly .

I was very disappointed I brought my friend there for the first time. I told her how good the food was. I was definitely disappointed we each ordered a stromboli, I order meatball my friend had sausage. It came out looking like calzones. Also mine had small round pieces of meat in it extremely salty and the waitress never came back. I was going to call the take out number we thought maybe she was on break. I seen another young lady we ask her to get our server. I told her I couldn't eat it was so salty and she replied probably because the meat come to them like that ground up and season. No i apologie or can I get you something else or I can take it off the bill. I still left her almost 40 percent tip on a 31 dollar check. We will not be back.

I'm a foodie from the Buffalo area. Hubies has excellent pizza and wings. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. My boys both great it their stamp of approval. Definitely ordering again next visit.

They refuse to answer the phone. They put something in like remote numbers but it just hangs up and you keep trying to call but no one answers, ridiculous and very frustrating. Actually unbelievable. I will never give them the time and I really liked their sauce. Yet they are so rude I will never order from them again.
Could not even order food, tried to call several times and it was busy or it rang and no one answered. The hours online say 12-9 pm for Friday and I called over 20x at 4pm to order dinner. Very disappointed.
