Food was terrible both times I got food from here. My son ordered garlic parm chicken wings and I got a pasta with chicken dish. The chicken wings tasted like a wet towel that had been left to dry. Im sorry. 2 years later a co worker of mine got the garlic parm wings and I got a salad. The salad was great, great cheese, great meat. But once again the wings were awful.

The quaint little town was getting decorated for Halloween, and we spotted the pasta sign. Inside a very sweet Maria takes care of you with a friendly smile and conversation. The food was the best Chicken Frances I have had since Vinny's closed in Bridgeport. Bring quarters to feed the meters! Yes they still have them, it's like Bedford Falls, stuck in time. On the plus side, the town has wi-fi!

I haven't had any Pizza in one year. This Pizza was fantastic. It was so so good. Also order a white pie and that was also well received

Food and service we excellent. We went toward the end of the evening, they were getting ready to close but didn't rush us like some places do. Highly recommend

Food was just OK. Wasn’t expecting much in the Catskills but not thrilled that they passed off a beaten and thinned pork cutlet as Veal. I ordered the Veal Scallopini Francese. The lemon sauce was ok but you can’t pass off pork for veal in this dish because it’s not fried with bread crumbs like a cutlet. It’s just egg dipped and flour. Easily able to tell it was pork.

Old school trick that used to happen at less than honorable Italian restaurants. I guess they still exist in Middleburgh NY.

The steamed clams were the freshest I've had in a very long time. Absolutely love the food. The people are amazing. Thank you for an absolute excellent dining experience consistently

This is the kind of place you look for when you are wanting the restaurant the locals use. An absolute treasure, the service was not only excellent but the staff treated us like family. The food was amazing and was beyond expectations.

Great little place in the middle of town
The service was great and the place was clean
There was no wait for seats or drinks
They also serve wine which I did not have this time
The price is fair and the portions are large we had another whole meal left
We fed three people for two days and it was good

The wait staff was very nice and courteous. Food was excellent, especially the salmon crostini. Entrees were well positioned, fresh and delicious.

This place is busy for a reason. The chicken marsala was great. If you have a salad, order dressing on the side.

As soon as my cousin and I walked in, it was apparent that we would be treated different. Between the glares, external judgement, and conversations clearly pointed at us (with eye contact, gazes unwavering, and faces made with their snide comments.) We’re Akwesasronon, from the St. Regis Mohawk Territory, and we wear our Nation’s legacy with pride; beaded earrings or other jewelry, tattoos, or something else within our attire. It’s not uncommon to receive external racism and prejudice. Although, hearing about the greatness of the Mohawk Valley, and the little town of Middleburgh, we never thought this would be as strong. I also am not sure if they were jealous or what else it could be other than being prejudice and racist.

Moving forward, we waited 15 minutes for them to clear a table off in order to be seated. That normally wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t for them immediately seating a white couple ahead of us, that arrived 30seconds before us. Now, after some time, the young blond girl didn’t want to take our order but eventually asked what we’d like to drink. There was an older, plump brunette with her hair up that was the worst of them and showed the clear disgust all over her mannerisms and faces. She should never play poker and should honestly get humbled. Anyways, eventually another older woman with short, dark hair finally came over to take our order after we waited another 10 minutes. When I asked about different dishes and if they’re non-dairy (as I expressed my allergy to it), she proceeded to talk down to me like I couldn’t read the menu and started explaining what grilled chicken in, what bread is, and I had to stop her. She kept making it a theme for the rest of my ordering to ask about gluten and what has gluten in it rather than letting me know what does or doesn’t have dairy. I had to remind her several times I couldn’t have dairy. At one point I had to say, I said dairy, that I can’t have dairy, I’m allergic. I didn’t say gluten. I can have that.She didn’t really speak after that nor did she check on us like she did the rest of the customers.

As we waited to have our order taken, and throughout the entire meal, the gazing, stares, and remarks continued until we left.

Despite the blatant prejudice and obvious racism, the food is something that could save the place. I throughly enjoyed the house salad and lentil pasta soup. I would recommend the food but if you’re not white, proceed with HEAVY caution.
