Ice cream refrozen and old .hot fudge burnt .ice cream basically unsafe to eat .many of the containers had freezer burn as well

Prepackaged ice cream is freezer burned. It was clearly defrosted and refrozen. I went back to the store to return it and was met with a very rude teenager who seemed to take it personally. She was sighing and was clearly annoyed. I realize she is young but maybe she should be taught how to treat customers. A gentelman came into the store and had the same issue with the prepackaged ice cream and he was met with the same angy attitude. I ordered some fresh ice cream and when I got it home, I had basically the same issue. it was gritty and the flavor was way off. I called the store to leave a message for the owner and was told by the store employee that she was on vacation so I wouldn't be getting a call back. Bad experience....will never buy ice cream from the Miller Place baskin robbins again.

Horrible donuts. These cheap foreigners obviously stretch the amount of donuts they are supposed to make with a given batch of ingredients. Break out your microscope if your trying to find the cream in a Boston cream. The glazed donuts look like they air brushed on the glaze. That stuff should be dripping off the donuts you cheap bastards....

Curious as to whether or not any adults actually run this place as both of my encounters have been SOLELY with kids. The first time I tried to call twice before getting a frustrated sounding "YEAH??" As an answer followed by an attitude when i asked if this was in fact Dunkin' Donuts. When I arrived the store was completely empty save for one employee a very young man working the counter alone. My presence appeared to be extremely unwelcome, bordering on annoyance. Whatever, got my ice cream to go. Today I returned in hopes of a better experience, to find 3 VERY young employees behind the counter seemingly throwing things back and forth at each other. I come up to the counter and receive THREE blank stares and silence. I ask to get some ice cream and the girl says "what???" I explain again, and tell her the ice cream I'd like, she then puts her ungloved hand with TWO dangling bracelets in the ice cream to scoop it out, while her entire pony tail is resting over her shoulder into another tub of ice cream. She gives me my cup of ice cream with no lid, no receipt. I ask for a lid and a receipt and am handed a lid and an apology saying "haha sorry I'm retarded" (extremely offensive to those with special needs family members by the way) and no bag and again no receipt after being rang up by a girl who was standing around LITERALLY slobbering on her hand as she chewed her fingers and then put them all over the register to ring me up. This still doesn't even touch on the conversation these kids were having while serving me either.

Very displeased with the service I received here. Went on Saturday to place a cake order for my moms birthday. When I went on Tuesday to pick up the cake I was told after 15 minutes of waiting oh the cake was not made here you have to pick it up at another location. How does that make any sense if I placed the order here why am I going to another location to pick it up? Low and behold I go to another location to pick it up after 10 minutes of waiting to be find out it's completely wrong and not what I ordered. I'm usually not one to rant on social media but everyone needs to be made aware before placing a cake order with this company.

I go here every morning before work using the dunkin donuts mobile app. No complaints. The drive thru line moves quickly , never had a problem
The night workers are imcompetent. I tell one kid my order, then he takes the next guy's order and walks away. 5 minutes later I had to order everything again from the other guy. Not a great ice cream selection and the soft serve machine hasnt worked in over a year

Being skipped and finding a hair I usually come here all of the time and they are helpful, but today the employee Laura skipped me in line and completely ignored my existence. I waited patiently as she helped other customers and after waiting about 10 minutes, until I told her I was skipped. I was still charged full price and I found a small black hair in my ice cream. My experience was not enjoyable and the hair I found is honestly repulsive.

The Owner should be informed. I have received stale donuts for the last time at this Miller Place Dunkin Donuts. The past 4 to 5 times over the past year. They have served me stale donuts. This time I wanted a donut but I didn''t want to stop there cause I thought it would be stale again. And Sure Enough. 2 stale donuts that taste like day old donuts. I will never go there again. I could not image ordering a cake from them. I don't want to give them any stars. But had to, to submit post. The Owner should be informed.
