I ordered on here through door dash. It has been over almost 2 hours and still my food is being prepared with multiple dashers waiting and then cancelling. Ridiculous! why does it take over 2 hours for nachos and fries?

Food is always consistent here, food came out pretty quick, waitress was friendly. They were kinda busy so the manager was helping serve food, The manager came over to check on us, made sure we were good, which I thought was a nice touch. Will be going back again soon. Visited on 1.15.24

I ordered food on the Buffalo Wild Wings website and received the wrong order. I called up and a manager let me know they were going to call DoorDash and fix the problem. I get a call back about 30 minutes later from the manager who had just hung up with DoorDash. She let me know that she resolved the issue with them and my food is on the way. Disappointment turned into a positive experience thanks to the staff at Buffalo Wild Wings. Thanks again!

Came for my birthday today. First of all, super friendly, helpful, awesome staff. Service was 11/10. Having said that, the wings were the driest, worst wings I've ever had in my life (sauces were delicious). It was the first time I've ever sent food back at a restaurant. But the manager was really cool about it and gave me a refund.
