Rachael's awesome! Gotta ask for Rachael! She makes the place great! The food is great, however, I wish they had more healthy options. Most of their dishes are very calorie dense.

We love this place-the food, fancy coffees and service is great. However, let’s talk about cleanliness: small plastic water glasses were dirty (mine had obvious lip marks and food on it); the booth seat had a huge slit (looks like someone sliced it open); the tabletop was stained and looked dirty; and the white tiles are disgustingly dirty. I mean CRUDDY! If you have a black and white checkerboard floor then you know you have to keep it clean. It’s honestly the first time we noticed these issues here…

Ordered food here for take out and the last two times were a big issue. Food wrong even though the order was read back to us twice ( on bread not a wrap, burrito bowls came with no meat, avocados bad, any changes requested were done wrong sandwiches without half the ingredients etc) and they NEVER give pickles with the meals even though it states it on the menu AND is asked specifically when ordering for it. This is at the miller place location.

Was visiting from the city for the day & stumbled on Crazy Beans - I’m so happy I did. what an incredible find - western omelette & toast french toast & a cortado - everything was perfectly made with love - has a great old school vibe & the nicest waitress

Bad service and the food is no longer what it was. I loved this place, the food was good till recently. We were there a month ago and we ordered a side of bacon and home fries or potatoes and to our surprise they both were oily and almost burnt. You can tell that they are not changing the frying oil. We informed them and they apologized and we said it’s a one off. Today, we get there and we asked to be seated in a boot, the table needed cleaning so one of the waiters or a hostess not sure sounded bothered by our ask she goes to the table and hardly wipes it with crumbs and food still on the table they seated us!! We asked again for the table to be wiped, this time she shows up while we are seated she cleans the dirt off the table by dropping it on us and still leaves half of the table with apparent food crumbs again! Asked my husband and daughter to stand up and leave!! If the table is this dirty what is the kitchen looking like?? Sad because we loved coming here but no more!
Great breakfast spot. Excellent food with a nice menu speciality coffees are to die for. Highly recommend.

The waitress was absolutely fabulous! It was a sunny, warm day. I decided to sit outside. I didn't want hot coffee but I wanted caffeine ?. I asked about fresh, brewed iced tea. She responds with "no problem I can make it". She made me fresh brewed green, iced tea ❤️. Thank you!

First, look at my reviews. For me to go online to submit a negative review, it's very well deserved. The treatment and service received by more than one employee, but especially one person, was beyond barbaric. The employee slammed the food down in disgust because she messed up the order, ultimately taking it out on the customer. It was bad enough that I'm in the process of speaking with the owner. There needs to be customer service training at at least this location of Crazy Beans. With the amount of competition out there and the prices CB charges, they can't afford to have employees disrespect their customers. Do not accept less than great quality service. If the employees don't want to be nice, then leave the job!

We love crazy beans for the atmosphere, awesome specials, quirky drinkware and unique lattes. Every visit is special in its own way, never a bad time. We’ve frequented over 50 times as our go to breakfast date spot. I just wanted to take the time to write a review about our visit this afternoon. Slammed and short staffed we were sat with Jackie who was running a mile a minute and still made sure to provide individualized and friendly/personal service to us and our 3 year old. She could have easily brushed us off as being busy, but we felt she went above and beyond to provide service with a smile when the place was incredibly busy. The food came out delicious as always, order was correct, and she was apologetic for the delay even though she was providing great service and didn’t have to be. We love crazy beans and just wanted to make sure stellar service is recognized- thank you
