I went in to Miller Place McDonald's this morning 5 minutes after breakfast had finished, most McDonald's would have told me that breakfast was over, luckily I was greeted by the manager that was so nice and still allowed us to order, after I placed the order and it was brought over to our table, I noticed that I forgot a chocolate milk for my daughter, as I went up to purchase one, the manager must have overheard our conversation and handed it to me and said don't worry about it, this is what I'm talking about, it's not to hard to achieve greatness and make someone's day so much better, I appreciate what you did for my little girl this morning. ?

This McDonald's is the worst one I have ever gone to. Ordered 3 meals. They completely forgot a meal. Didn't give ketchup, napkins, straws and the Loki sweet and sour sauce. And to make matters worse. This location doesn't even have any of that stuff for customers to take. You have to go back to the counter and lean over it to get someone's attention. Horrible.

Order extra Large fries, got charged, got home annnndddd there was no fries.
The employees are extremely rude!! One work at the window was almost mute. She barley talked looked, like she hated her job. Why work there then! This one girl I don't know the name bc they don't wear name tags, she's super chubby a big girl, brown hair with highlights, short, has freckles everywhere, a nose piercing, fake eye lashes and her skin omg, had long nails that looked like cheese underneath, she's the rudest of them all! She looks like she knows what she's doing and she doesn't. Some manager you guys have. I complained about the girl at the window to this chubby manager I described and she had a smirk on her face the whole time as like she was proud. This might sound a little insensitive but they need to hire people that know about self hygiene! I'm getting served my food to see an girl with almost a connect the dots board on her face. This manager needs to be fired!

Without fail, every single time I order drive thru for my kids, I come home with either something missing (no beef patty inside the hamburger bun!), or the wrong order (I ask for no onions, no cheese, and they put it in anyways).Paid an up charge for lemonade on a large meal and they give me a medium!!Very frustrating every single time.
