Love this place!! From the moment you pull up, they have great curb appeal. Very cute place!! Inside is just as cute!! Clean and clearly lots of pride!! Ice cream was soooo good! Not overly sweet. Not too rich. And Good flavor. Lots of variety on the menu. Looking forward to going back!

i grew up as a child going to mcnultys. I used to ride my bicycle there with my family and enjoy amazing sundaes and nice cream flavors that when ordered I received the correct item. the past 6x I have ordered from there the order has been incorrect or it has been cancelled without any means of contact to inform me. I am truly disappointed with the customer service and the lack of attention that the employees have, or should I say do not have. I would not recommend this place anyone more and you have lost life long customers bc of this

A cute mom n pop ice cream shop that is super kid friendly and popular with everyone in the neighborhood. They are open quite late too, so I can even pick up a pint on my way home. A ton of flavors and options.Parking: Small parking lot and street parking is available. Can get a little crowded during the summer afternoon rush. Have to be a little careful of all the kids in the area.Kid-friendliness: I have seen everything from baseball teams to birthday parties at this venue.

Miller place local I love supporting my local businesses but enough is enough. A few weeks back I brought my wife a b day cake from here $37.95 for ice cream cake. Character night for the kids ice cream for 4 people $24.00 (kids cups). Tonight was the final straw. Went and got a nice apple pie from a local farm. Forgot the ice cream. Ran up to Mcnaultys for a quart of ice cream. No big deal right. Nothing in the freezer so I asked the teenager behind the counter for one. No toppings no anything just a quart of plain vanilla ice cream. $9.89. Absolutely ridiculous. Stop and shop doesn’t even rip there customers off this bad. I guess Mcnaultys is on the same wagon as everyone else. Sky rocket prices just because. I’m sure there excuse will be well milk went up or the cups went up in price. Very very upsetting for a local small ice cream shop. You might think you have a gold mine here but when your reviews continue to go down and so does your business hopefully you will realize or maybe not. The greed may continue!!
The ice cream was good, but the customer service was something different. The young woman behind the counter was extremely rude and clearly had an issue with customers in the store. She made me, and my family extremely uncomfortable. She was staring at us the entire time, and not nicely. I have NEVER felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in an ice cream parlor of all places or anywhere, in my life. Both young employees, we're both sniffling the entire time and acting as if they were under the influence. The man was nice, but even while serving us the young woman was talking about spitting in the driveway while brushing her teeth in the morning, interrupting everything, while we were actively ordering. I was a tourist, and I will NEVER go back again.

The staff behind the counter were young, pleasant, and more than helpful!! McNulty's is a cute local ice cream parlor, with a small-town vibe. (Just what I had been looking for!) They had some seating inside as well as outdoors, which was perfect on the night I was there. I went in with one thing in mind, but by the time I ordered, the lady next to me had the most amazing looking cone...I ended up ordering just as she had! (I believe it was the Chocolate Almond ice cream...yummy!!) I had been in the vicinity, but ended up traveling a little further west to visit McNulty's and I was very pleased with my discovery!!

8:42pm place closes at 9pm people still coming in, 6 employees working, stood there for at least 2 mins, then nobody wanted to make a milkshake. Workers standing around, not worth the time or money.
