The staff was friendly, but it seems like they could use a bit more training to help things run more smoothly. I waited about 20 minutes for a sandwich, even though there weren’t other customers around at the time. The home fries were undercooked and sour for some reason, and the wrap felt small for the $11 price tag. While I appreciate the effort, I personally prefer some of the other bagel spots in the area. Hoping to see improvements with time!

They always send the wrong bagel. I ordered a large coffee and they sent a half filled small which tastes like water. I threw it out because how low it was filled/the taste instantly made me feel that uncomfortable about it. This coffee really ruined my whole day when i thought it was going to be a treat:/ I'm more upset about the coffee that is so simple than the mediocre bagel I knew I was ordering.

Never truly have been a fan of bagels, but stumbling upon this gem has changed that. Staff is always sweet no matter who I get, owner is always present and ready to step in when busy and check in with customers. Environment is always clean and presentable. Now let’s talk about their Asiago toasted cheese bagel with bacon scallion cream cheese! Amazing! All their bagels are delicious and always fresh. They have a variety of specialty bagels which are always fun to try out and make a great breakfast sandwich out of. 5 stars are fully deserved, thank you Bigger Bagel!

The establishment is extremely clean and well taken care of. The owner is involved and always present when I am there. I use Bigger Bagel & Deli for my work (elementary school) catering orders. We host breakfasts once a month for all staff and everyone raves about how amazing the bagels are, how they are nicely wrapped and presented, and how delicious they are in general. The owner ensure excellent quality of his product and exceeds expectations always! I also come here to personally eat breakfast and lunch and am never disappointed! Additionally, all the staff is super friendly.

This bagel store is AMAZING. Not only is the food and service top notch their generosity is beyond words! We recently asked for a donation for a big competition we were hosting and I spoke with Keith he was more than happy to donate. Very accommodating in every way possible. Stopped in to purchase breakfast for an employee appreciation event following a snowstorm. With no notice Bigger Bagel put together my order and loaded it into my car. If you want quality food from a clean well run establishment this is the place. Couldn’t have had a better experience!
