Until I tried Harney Teas, I kind of thought all brands of tea were about the same. The teas from Harney are noticeably more flavorful, and the variety is huge. Especially like the Peppermint, Earl Grey, and hot cinnamon teas.

I enjoyed it here. It can get busy and crowded. The tea room no longer offer easy and accessible to all sample which was something my friends and I use to enjoy. Now it appears less friendly with the tea room blocked off and only 2 people allowed. Not sure how it was functional before and now it is so complicated but otherwise tea is good and cute Knick knacks for purchase.

I was so looking forward to going to the shop and restaurant and it did not disappoint. The Tea selection is phenomenal. The gift shop is phenomenal. The food was phenomenal, and ironically the hot cinnamon cider was probably the best I've ever had. Yes, we had hot cider and not tea. The scones were great. The sandwiches were great. I know we had something else, but I just can't remember what it was, but it was great. We will most likely not be able to get back to this area again, but if I ever am in millerton, New York I will certainly stop there again
It's the spot to get good local tea! Even though I'm a local and not always keen on the touristy spots, this is my one stop shop for all my tea needs. Highly recommend ☺️

Your teas are fantastic, honestly some of the best on the East Coast. But the logistics and customer service really need some work. Every month I order two pounds of tea, and every time, I face the same issue: it takes a week to get my order, even though I’m only two hours away. You provide a tracking number on the day of the order, but then hold the package at your facility for 5–6 days before shipping.
For example, I placed an order on September 6 at 10 AM, and by September 10, it was still in your warehouse. It finally got scanned by USPS today, September 11, meaning it just left.
Customer service is also an issue. I asked Sonia about the location of my current order, but she kept responding about my previous orders instead. After waiting for the package to be scanned, she then told me it had shipped, which I could already see. My real question was why the package wasn’t shipped for five days—this is really frustrating.
You guys have great tea, but you really need to work on the logistics and customer service.
