The quintessential diner in a tiny town with not too many options. Had to wait and that was quick. Had a booth, but there were counter options. Old school swivel fixed to the floor. Ordered the chorizo migas and Mama’s Pho for a late breakfast/early lunch and was so incredibly floored by the amazing flavors of both dishes, all coming from this unassuming little diner in honestly, the middle of nowhere where either cuisines probably just barely exist. Amazing food and waiters!!! But they need curtains. Desperately. It's very sunny in the morning when you eat there and if you have black hair it will absorb the sun and you will get uncomfortably hot and won't be able to enjoy your food.
