The smash burger is the best in Dutchess County in my opinion. The tallow fries, delish! We had the dessert special, blueberry bread pudding with poppyseed crème anglaise…💥. The bone broth was a cozy treat on a cold day. Super kind staff, thoughtful service! It’s a farm to table fast food restaurant with ‘stay as long as you want’ type of vibe. The aesthetic is clean, chic, minimalist… good taste to go with good tastes. And not for nothing, even the music tracks...
Don’t be put off by the buildings look! Burger was delicious. Fries were one of a kind and absolutely divine! Melt was also enjoyed. Great spot to stumble upon while taking a visitor on a mini tour of NWCT & the surrounding area. Will certainly visit again & look forward to trying more of the menu/introducing it to others!
Probably the best chicken sandwich I have ever had!! No joke, this place is a must for any foodie!! I'm looking forward to bringing my family back for dinner in the very near future. We'll done Pasture Kitchen folks. See you soon.
