This was one of the best meals we have had in the Hudson Valley in a long time. Four of us shared several appetizers/salads which were particularly delicious: charred cabbage with some great blue cheese sauce; beet "tartare" was beautiful and so tasty; winter squash salad was a table favorite - it was super thin sliced raw squash with delicious brown butter and raisins; crudo was fresh and all the plates were very generous sized. Main beans stew and the pasta was great too. Really nice vibe and staff were very friendly. The flavors were all really different and super interesting.

They have a limited, but very innovative menu for dinner. We enjoy vegetarian dishes so it was great to find some more creative, different items available such as the bean stew that used beans from a local farm. The winter squash salad from the lunga di napoli squash was fantastic - must have been thinly sliced on a mandolin - with golden raisins and pine nuts. We brought some back to enjoy at home. The server was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu so she could guide us. Also recommend the honey cake dessert!

Late night rescue! We were looking for dinner at 9:30pm, which is pretty much impossible in all of the surrounding towns. Thank goodness, we got in just before the kitchen closed at Willa. Everything about Willa was fantastic -
- The food was interesting and terrific. Smashburger-why was it better than a regular burger? I don't know, but somehow it was super tender and juicy and overall yummy. We had a super fresh winter squash salad. The squash was raw, which I had not expected, but it was bright-flavored and delicious. Extra points for a gourmet mocktail. Thank you for a flavor treat for the non-drinkers.
- The servers (who are also the owners) were friendly, kind, helpful. Overall the nicest people. I wish I lived here so I could hang out with them.
- Atmosphere - I loved the modern brew-pub decor.
Casual, friendly, a great place to eat, drink, and hang out. Highly recommend.

Super creative drink menu really creative food menu but the devil in the details so when you order food to understand how it’s prepared in detail. Atmosphere feels like a Gastro pub combined with an eloquent/masculine menu that cater to all. One area opportunity for them to improve is more of their Product offering to those folks like me that have food sensitivity.

Best addition to Millerton! Delicious unique dishes by the Chef Daniel with vegetarian options too. Owners and bartender Jim and Alana always there with a warm greeting. Our go to once a week restaurant!

Really delightful atmosphere and (damn!!) incredible incredible food. The prices are up there but really worth it when everything is coming from the Hudson Valley.
There is a high level of execution here without the pretense. I came in expecting another mediocre upstate experience and ended up eating 6 courses over 3 hours.
This is a a feel good - do-good place that’s here to stay in my opinion!
My recs: the shishitos HAVE to come with the Yakitori sauce…this combo is ridiculous, and the happy hour food menu should feel more like a “deal”.

This was our second time dining at Willa, located in the location of a former favorite tapas bar. The food here is elevated, for sure, but still a very casual and welcoming place. Beautiful cocktail and wine list, and I was given a taste of an unusual wine I'd never tried. We've sat inside and outside, and while I was concerned the sidewalk might not be a relaxing place to eat, they've made it beautiful with flowers, plantings, and excellent service. It's a varied menu that relies heavily on locally-grown produce, and changes regularly. Early dinner means their happy hour menu, which includes incredibly tasty yakitori bites as starters. Because the menu is split between starter portions and larger plates, we've been able to "graze" and try several items, and honestly, there's not been anything that hasn't wowed us. Such a great addition to Millerton. They work so well with local farms and other area businesses, too. A wonderful spot!

The servers were actually very nice, but the service was so slow. Over 45 minutes to get our food (a salad & burger) the drinks & burger were good, the salad was ok. I think a bit overpriced. Overall 7/10

The staff is 100/100 cool, the music is right, and the entrees were delicious. But whoa. The DESSERT!!!! We had some kind of spicy ice cream and , um rhubarb on a cloud of merengue. Run don’t walk. Go. Now.
