This was such a beautiful place to have dinner. The setting was very elegant, but even better was the outside scenery. We found swans in the pond and many other places for photo ops. If you don't find parking at the main entrance in front, there is more down the road in back, or a second entrance with more.
We stop here every time we drive to upstate from NYC. The food is incredible, the staff is so kind and attentive, and the restaurant itself and the grounds surrounding it are beautiful. The menu changes seasonally which makes coming back exciting every time. Highly recommend taking a walk around buttermilk falls inn after your meal.
My wife and I went to this restaurant Henry's at the Farm, in Milton, NY. We were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary, and the overall ambiance of the the place was amazing. The host was welcoming, and that made us feel at home.
The food was top tier! The trout I had melted in my mouth. My wife had the stuff shrimp with crab meat, omg! Also, the bread is amazing, which is made in-house. We also had the salad, which was chunks of lettuce and bacon bites....
