Whether you’re looking to share a glass of wine with friends, looking to host a small party in their tasting room, or a larger event in their finished Barn you have so many options at Nostrano!! Their wines are all made by Nostrano. I personally love their Seyval Blanc. Nic and Kayleigh (the owners) are lovely to work with when planning your event and their tasting room staff was very welcoming and attentive to our guests! Our dad’s surprise birthday party was everything we hope it would be! Definitely coming back here!!

The venue was beautifully decorated for the fall, creating the perfect atmosphere for our gathering. The three signature cocktails crafted especially for us were a big hit, and the food was absolutely excellent. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a wonderful time, and the service was truly top-notch. Nostrano Vineyards is truly a hidden gem in the Hudson Valley. The setting is stunning — rolling hills, peaceful vineyards, and a beautiful rustic-chic tasting barn that’s both cozy and stylish. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel relaxed and welcomed.
The wine? Fantastic. Each pour was thoughtfully crafted, and the staff made excellent recommendations without ever being pushy. The rosé and cabernet franc were standouts, but honestly, everything we tried was delicious.
Now let’s talk about the pizza — wow. Wood-fired, fresh, and absolutely packed with flavor. It’s not your average winery snack. This is the kind of pizza that would hold its own in a city known for food. It paired perfectly with the wine and really rounded out the whole experience.

UPDATE: Loved this place at first visit during covid in their larger event space. Re-visited this weekend in their tasting room and again enjoyed the warm cranberry apple cider with bourbon.
Special features: comfortable outdoor seating overlooking gorgeous panoramic views of the orchard and a small pond. Numerous outdoor heaters throughout the space. Variety of seating available inside and out.
Witnessed a bus pull up with 40+ women and staff accommodated the group with ease. All appeared to be very well organized and staff remained friendly and available to other patrons.
Finally, both the tasting room and their event spaces are tastefully decorated: a sophisticated country chic if u will. Live music during select times. Food avail (cannot speak to it)

I arrived pretty close to opening on a Friday, but their outdoor tasting area is really lovely, incredible view of the rolling hills, and there was plenty of space despite reservations. I can't speak to the cooked food, but their charcuterie was plentiful and tasty, and the red wine was surprisingly good. I don't hold out for really crunchy, full-bodied fruited reds without them being a bit too oaky or full of notes I don't care for (leather, smoke, etc), but despite having very drinkable whites both dry and semi (although the nose and body of the dry was better), the star here was their baco noir. Really lush. Really savory, wonderful black fruit notes with a bit of tannin, just enough oak for body (I'm talking the 2021 I think, since that's what I bought -- but I tried it via their tasting menu). Easy to spend two hours lounging and eating and drinking -- bar staff was kind, knowledgeable, and really attentive. 100% would come back here, will have to in order to buy more of their wine. If you're waffling on which Hudson Valley/Catskills winery to try, choose this one.

Our experience with Nostrano for our wedding was absolutely amazing. We had the perfect wedding day with picturesque view, beautiful barn, and clean/manicured. We could not have asked for more. Kayleigh and Stephanie are such a joy to work with and really care that your day is special. 100% recommend this venue for your wedding or next event.

We went to Nostrano with a group of 7 for my daughter’s birthday. Drinks & food were delicious and all fairly priced. The vibe is laidback and friendly. It’s beautiful here and the space is all open! We enjoyed listening to the live music while we drank, ate, and talked. Only thing is that there’s no table service (only to bring your food) so you have to go up the little hill and inside to order drinks to carry back out each time you need a refill. Still, 5/5 stars and we will definitely be back!

This place was so beautiful and the most fun experience with our friends, family, and dogs! We brought a blanket so we could sit on the ground but there are plenty of seating options with umbrellas as well. The staff was so accommodating and the food was amazing! They had plenty of great drink options aside from wine and a great live music singer as well. Highly recommend this winery if you want to bring your pets and even if you don’t.
