The service was poor. The window employee didn’t seem to have knowledge of the product. Didn’t seem motivated and VERY unenthusiastic
The location at 125 Jericho Turnpike is horrible. Every single time I go there they always mess up the order. Then when I hand it back to them they act like it was my fault and that I ordered the wrong things. When I clearly order the same thing all the time!! This has been happening a lot. They use to be good. Idk what going on in there but they need to slow down or higher better people. Will take an extra 10 minutes and drive to the one in Carle place.
