service is hit-or-miss (high turnover like any fast food place). sometimes they’re really generous with portions; sometimes they rush you when there’s no one after you in line.

I get takeout so I’ve never had issues with them skimping on amounts. they’ll put more of something if you ask them to.

I have been to dozens of Chipotle. This restaurant consistently makes significantly smaller burritos than any other chipotle I've been to. Not sure if it's one person causing the anomoly, poor training, or purposeful shrinkage.

Had a burrito bowl at noon. Carnitas was cold as if pulled straight from the fridge. How is that possible at lunchtime??? First and last time at this location.

This location used to be good. There was a strand of red hair in my guacamole that I pulled out. Absolutely disgusting! There was a young girl working the cash register and she was super unfriendly. It looked like she didn't want to be there at all. She looked angry and didn't say a word to me or even acknowledge me. They didn't follow any of my directions with utensils or napkins either. Very disappointed and grossed out!

I’m disappointed with the customer service at this particular Chipotle location. During our visit, my family and I experienced treatment that felt both rude and dismissive. Despite being next in line, the server completely skipped over us and chose to assist another customer who arrived after us, without explanation or acknowledgment.

We understand that restaurants can get busy, but basic courtesy and fairness should never be compromised. This experience left us feeling overlooked and unwelcome. I hope management will take steps to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism moving forward.

Staff extremely rude. Almost an attitude the entire time ordering as if I was in the wrong for ordering my food. All I asked for was no bag and she proceeds to repeat it to all the other employees. (MAKE SURE NO BAG FOR HIM) in a very rude almost mocking way. Wouldn’t come back again and wouldn’t recommend for others.
