Chipotle Mexican Grill

I really do not like writing reviews like this but I’m extremely upset with my order !!

I order 3 tacos and I paid for guacamole and it was not included nor was the fresh tomatoes salsa!

The one preparing my meal must of been angry because they just threw inside the aluminum foil which was all sloppy!
And me being the nice person I am , I tipped on the app!

This is the second time they screw up with my order !

Never again! You won’t catch me ordering a third time . I’m deleting this app and never stepping again inside .

Chipotle do better, charging high prices and service is garbage!!!!!!!!

The service and the quality has gone WAY DOWN at this location. The portions are small, the workers lie about having vinaigrette.

Please don’t order through the app, you have to order in-person, maybe your order will be correct.

They need a new team of people, a fresh start, hopefully that will turn around this and all the other bad experiences people are having at this location.

Well, we went here to give it a try even after reading all the negative reviews since Chipotle quality/quantity has gone down everywhere else in general. But this one was not clean, the employees didn't care about you standing in the queue. One of the employee was dancing looking at another employee while we are & other 4 customers are waiting in line to give our order. There is only one employee taking you through the your food order rather than those two others, btw did I say she was dancing ? Yup! We paid for our tiny boxes and little food. Sat on the unclean table, with the coke machine not working. Overall not a good experience. Sad to see a brand going down hill in front of our eyes and we know why.

They give you small portions of chicken or steak, and the food is not always fresh unless you ask and observe what's they prepare for you

Terrible portion sizes and the place is dirty

The place is a mess, and they give barley any food. I asked for some more meat, and they gave me ONE piece of chicken. So, I asked them to double the meat. What is sad is that they are so stingy that you have to pay for double meat portions just to get the regular amount of meat you would get at other locations. YOU GET HALF EMPTY BOWLS HERE! They are very stingy with the food. The staff were not very polite, and they were very messy. I had sour cream all over the container and the lid. There has also been cheese and food falling out of the side of the container because they are messy when packing the food. I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt that maybe it was just that one time, but I have gone 3 times, and it had been a bad experience.

Literally the most disgusting place there was food all over the floor the garbage was filled up to the top spilling out in all the garbage cans. The place where they make your food ready was very messy filled with food. Left my burrito half open didn’t cover it and left it on the dirty table where you pay.

I placed an order to be picked up at 2:40. The app tells me it’ll be ready at 2:20. I tried texting their chat bot and of course that doesn’t help at all and then I tried calling the restaurant. It took about five minutes for someone to pick up and then I said hello and they hung up on me. I called again the same thing happened and I could tell it was a person at the restaurant because I can hear the background of people talking Anytime I go to this location. The service is always awful. The people are rude and now I’m gonna get a cold lunch because they didn’t prepare it at the time I ordered it to be prepared and yes, I did double check the time.

They literally didn’t put in half of what I ordered and for what they did get right they barely put anything in there, as if the food comes out of their paycheck

As of Sept 6,2024, do not go here. They are closed for renovation (aka ‘outage’ per their A4 note stick on the front door.
This is misleading as their closure is not stated on Google Map and nor on the app that it’s not open for business. There are tons of people only found out it’s not opened when they got there; and some said it’s been like this for a while with no updates (he kept coming back and found the same closed door).
Hope with the renovation the space is cleaner moving forward.
