I ordered through the Dunkin mobile app a large chai tea latte. I ended up getting a large coffee with chai syrup in it. Not sure how you mess that up especially being the only item ordered. Waste of $5

I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.Parking: Adequate parking.Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.

I order sandwiches. This guy uses one hand gloves to make my sandwich and the same gloves he uses when he takes my order after he makes my food. I just see what he does.

The place is clean and the service is good. It is a pity however that the donuts are stale. This is the second time I visit this location and get stale donuts. The caramel late was terrific. The ice cream my friend ordered like the donuts were a waste to the taste buds. The ice cream flavor should be renamed Pralines and Old Cream. It tasted like the cream was spoiled. To summarize the only thing worth visiting this location is for the clean bathroom and the caramel latte.

If i could give 0 stars I would the lady at the front register not only deals with dirty cash but right after dealing with cash she serves donuts with no gloves and just by grabbing them with a napkin but her fingers are clearly still touching the donuts and she is scratching her head and touching her monitor. Purely unhygienic if you don't believe me just play close attention to when someone asks for a donut and how she grabs it.
I stopped by here instead of my usual Dunkin by total accident. But just walked away with a happy cup of coffee and an even happier person. The staff here are so sweet, the ladies at the counter are such kind souls. Adds a big helping of ❤️ to the classic Dunkin coffee!!!

For Veteran's Day, all Dunkin Donuts were supposed to give a free donut with valid ID. Not here. Older guy with beard insisted that an additional purchase was required and was rude. I used to visit this location a lot. Never again.

Horrible, terrible service. They never get my order right. The staff is careless and incompetent. Owen in particular has a terrible attitude, is rude to customers and seemingly doesn't know how to do his job. I'm amazed he still has a job. Not one aspect of this place runs well. Save your time and money and go to the Starbucks across the street.

My favorite dunkin because of the staff that works hear. Incredibly sweet caring and friendly! The donuts hear are so much better than any other dunkin franchise, they must make them on site.

This dunkin used to be pretty good but recently their coffee has been actually disgusting. Their donuts are pretty good, I don't really know about their other food but all I know is their coffee is awful. The service is pretty bad too. Their management must've changed.
