We had our wedding at Jericho Terrace and had the BEST experience. Throughout planning, everyone was happy and quick to answer any questions we had. Communication was clear and the process from booking to food tasting to final appointments, everything was seamless. Any decor we had brought was put exactly where we wanted it (they even moved things from ceremony to cocktail to reception, such as a welcome sign we had brought). The day of, we felt so special, and had everything we needed. We really were able to simply enjoy getting married and being with our loved ones, because everything was taken care of. The bridal suite was great. The food was AMAZING, we got so many compliments from guests. We did the Viennese hour as well and all we can say is WOW. I mean, it is is spectacular. The whole space is absolutely gorgeous. We could not have picked a more perfect place to have our wedding.

Working with the team at Jericho Terrace was effortless, seamless and by far the best venue we could have asked for. The entire staff is absolutely welcoming and are dedicated to making your time here joyful. The food is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous and the staff are all top notch. Jericho Terrace is the premier banquet hall in New York. My sister and I recently hosted our mother's 60th birthday party there, and everything was exceptional. Everyone, from the management team to the staff, was attentive, kind, and professional. They offered excellent food menu options, sufficient valet parking, and beautiful settings both inside and outside the property for memorable photos. I would definitely recommend it to others -- a 10/10 experience!

I have nothing negative to say about this place. I met the manager Lee and she was nothing but helpful whatever it was we needed she was on top of it. K'la was an awesome server and Dominick the bartender is one of the best I've ever met. Katarin was an amazing server and she also helped me with taking some pictures, it wasn't her job but she was happy to help me. Service like that is very hard to find. From the moment we got there to the moment we left it was nothing but excellent service. Thank you to Jericho terrace and the employees for making my time there a memorable one. Also the bathroom attendant ( I feel bad for forgetting his name) but he's awesome as well. Id recommend this place in a heart beat. ♥️♥️ Nothing but love
