My husband and I can happily say our wedding at Jericho Terrace was our favorite wedding we have ever been to! The venue is stunning with plenty of spots for photo opportunities, delicious food, and exceptional staff. The interior appearance was something that was very important to us since we were having both the ceremony and reception indoors given it was early April. Everyone we have come across is professional and passionate about providing the best experience possible. Of note, the maître d's, Raul and Anthony, continuously checked up on us throughout the evening and our bridal attendants, Alison and Kayla, were so caring and stayed proactive before we even knew what we needed. Our guests cannot stop raving about Jericho Terrace! I hope to be back soon as a guest to experience it all again (it goes as fast as everyone says it does).

Unfortunately because of a bad experience I will be declining any and all future invitations to events at this 3rd rate Manor,Plates of food removed from the table while guests are in line to get drinks,Rude inexperienced waiters.Waiters trying to put plates on the table before clearing finished ones,plates being served with 20-30 minutes difference in the same table and same plate,overall very poor service at a premium price.

My experience with Mike was amazing, he made sure my day was everything I imagined it to be, my dream was turned into a reality. The entire team from the beginning to the very end was amazing, helpful, patient and friendly. Best experience ever!!!

Horrible they did not keep their end of the contract. Some of my guest was denied food that I paid for for my wedding day. It was the most embarrassing experience. I literally paid per person, signed a contract, but some of my guess was not even given a plate of food. Some of my family members had to leave and go get food from McDonald’s because they were hungry. I’ve never experienced this type of Discrimination in my life. Some of my guest were told there wasn’t any more food left. I paid for 125 people only 90 people showed up and they didn’t even have enough food for 90 people . They won’t reimburse me my money back. Every time I call the receptionist, sent me to the person who was handling my wedding. They won’t let me speak to Management. Not to mention, we gave them a $1400 tip that we can’t get back either. We gave them the tip before we found out that my sister and some of my family members were denied a plate of food that I paid for. They do not keep the contracts

Delighted with the service they provided me from the first day, my daughter did not want to see any more places, she said this is the right one, what I want, and a responsible professional team treated me very well every time I visited before the party, it felt like my home. On the day of the event I felt safe. I enjoyed the party. I didn't have to worry about anything. Seeing my daughter's happiness is priceless. We achieved what we wanted for her to be the center of her 15 years. My guests all told me about the good service provided. Thank you, Jericho terrace. I recommend Mr. Edgar Echeverría, the whole team is worth it ???

I got married 3.2.24 and from the moment we got to Jericho Terrace things couldn’t of went any smoother. They had a huge amount of food, alcohol and drinks in our bridal suite for everyone. My bridal attendants Legit followed me around cleaning the whole bottom of my dress that got dirty from taking pictures outside due to the weather( they made my dress look great!!) the ceremony went smoothly even without the rehearsal. Cocktail hour food was insane and they brought a bunch of food back to the suite for us to eat before making our entrance into the reception. Food at the reception was just as great, so many compliments about how great everything was. Chad was amazing going out of his way to find a plug for my neon sign and even went out and got my husband chocolate entemans donuts since he couldn’t eat the desserts and had them on a plate for him. They do have multiple events there but I had no idea and felt like my wedding was the only one going on. My Matre D and bridal attendants were amazing and made sure my husband and I both constantly had drinks in our hand and had enough food. They made sure everything went so smoothly! Our signature drinks tasted so good and everyone loved them!! I had the most amazing day/night and Jericho did an amazing job!
