Cold cuts are old over cooked and go bad the next day...way over priced..NEVER order thru grub hub it's gone down Hill and rip u off ..20 dollars for lunch that goes straight in the trash.

They charge $19.25 for an everything Bagel with cream cheese and lox and a large drip coffee

I usually go in to order and everything is good but today I ordered through Grubhub. Got there early and asked about my order. They said they were “working on it” and then I proceeded to wait over 20 minutes, 17 minutes past when my order was scheduled for pickup to receive my one toasted bagel. It was not very busy and many staffers were just standing around for no reason. Disappointing experience. Ruined breakfast and made me late for work.

Roast beef royale which costs almost $20, with barely any roast beef in it plus overcooked and burnt, barely any cheese, their “garlic bread” is literally just a roll…if you want to waste your money then get one of these

This deli is an absolute joke. The employees take one order each at a time forcing customers to wait forever with lines usually out the door. They refuse to take multiple orders at once like every other deli in existence. Instead of having someone manning the grill and cooking a few orders at a time like normal, they each cook their order separately... Whoever runs the place should be replaced immediately.

I love coming here. Food is always fresh and delicious.

Cost a $1 to TOAST your bagel? 1 star.

Not the first time ive ordered either tuna or egg salad or some sort of a protein on a bagel and get minimal amount on the bagel. Im talking the least amount possible as if its a spread like butter. If I wanted just a bagel id order just a bagel. Its infuriating with the cost of things these days getting ripped off. I never learn!!

The bagels here are unmatched. It is my go to spot for a breakfast sandwich. I’ve never been disappointed. The bagels are usually warm and fresh out of the oven!

I’ve always ordered bagels from here with my colleagues and is the only place we get them. This time around I had an unfortunate experience, I got a bagel with cream cheese and noticed there were multiple little bugs that’s must’ve been in the flour.

Really Good Food. Aswell as there spreads and tuna fish. Service is horrible. Today I asked for a plain bagel with peanut butter and jelly. A common breakfast around the world. Instead I recieved a plain bagel with just peanut butter. I can understand if this was a one time thing but it's the reason I stopped going here and went to Pantanos Instead a much much better option then this place. Also there are barley enough places to sit making the atmosphere very poor.
