This place is probably the most atrocious business I have ever encountered. And their attitudes reflect through the food. They blatantly disrespect customers who have been loyal. This location will most likely close soon, and they will have only themselves to blame. I have never experienced such horrible service from a staff in my entire life. It is almost as if they are doing this on purpose. Almost a joke. But unfortunately it is not.Do better!

I reached out to Long Island Bagel Cafe over an order they filled for me through Grub Hub. I have not heard from them so I want to worn anybody that cares. I would not order through a delivery app from this place they don't double check the orders so if you're lucky it might be right. I wouldn't care if I wasn't paying $30 for two bagels!

If you order online they charge you $1.00 to toast the bagel. Not sure if it's the same in person. I guess that's the price of being lazy but still pretty unfair.

The bagels and sandwiches are delicious. The baked salmon is delicious. Wednesdays are buy a dozen bagels get 6 free! The black and white cookies are huge and to die for.

I decided to give this place another try, but it is still the same. The most unfriendly staff. You walk in, there are 4 people behind the counter, not one person acknowledges you. They look you in the eyes and say nothing, they just walk past you. Then this one woman I think she is a manager is the rudest of them all. I walked out once again never to return. It's a shame because the food is decent. BTW I was the only person there, I would give zero stars if I could

Be prepared to wait on a long line no matter when you go. Short on staff so they take forever. Staff has an attitude. My order is usually always wrong because the staff is so rush. There are better bagel places out there.It’s not worth coming here and waiting on those lines.,

i love this place so much. the bagels are delicious, nice and soft, and the coffee is a little watery... but their ice tea is incredible. the workers are kind, the girl with piercings was super kind and pretty. it was a nice experience, will definitely come back.overall 5 stars.

Wide variety of bagels, friendly and efficient staff, clean place, bagels had firm outer skin, with still soft and fluffy insides, and most bagels were large in size (very filling). Would recommend. They smelled so fragrant and were warm even though I stopped by in the afternoon.
