Horrible experience with delivery. Sent me wrong items because it was late. Beware that they don’t care about your food when they are almost closed. Sent me chicken Marsala when I’m deathly allergic to mushrooms. Originally ordered baked ziti I don’t think my 3 month old daughter could’ve got that wrong. Horrible experience horrible employees horrible experience.

Meatball hero bread had a great crunch; my pizza was awesome great taste and under carriage, Chis at counter is always on his game providing top notch service.

I tried Luigi’s Pizza for the first time and overall had a good experience. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming.

I had two slices. The buffalo chicken slice was excellent—great flavor, plenty of chicken, and I liked having the choice of blue cheese or ranch at no extra charge.

I also tried the Grandma Vodka Sicilian. I’m very particular about vodka sauce, and while I understand everyone has different tastes, this one wasn’t for me, it had a different taste . Because the vodka slice is something I really look for in a pizzeria, that’s ultimately why I couldn’t give a full five stars.

That said, Luigi’s definitely makes good pizza, and I’ll be back to try other slices on the menu.

Been coming to this place consistently for the past five years. Recently the food has gone downhill. Ordered two chicken cutlet Parm heroes for me and my kids. It took a very long time for the heroes to come out and when they did come out, the chicken was dry and burnt, and the bread was stale. What’s happening Luigi’s ???

Very disappointing. For $13 two sliced and both were the smallest slice. Not cool. Learn to cut slices evenly.

The food was OK, but they don’t know how to take orders so I won’t be ordering from them anymore. My wife ordered something on line went to pick it up got home and it wasn’t what she ordered.

So I just want to say Luigi’s is awesome. I ordered a pizza pie cut in 16 yesterday for my child’s daycare Thanksgiving celebration and was running late making the rice, so I was already stressed out and I ordered garlic knots on the way there and when I got there I was greeted by a wonderful employee young with blond hair and blue eyes and he was so sweet and asked how my day was going, and I explained the stressful day I was going through and he said “oh don’t worry it’s Monday everybody is late” I felt so much better and he even offered sauce for the garlic knots and extra plates which of course I said “yes thank you” I swear he needs a raise for making my visit there so quick and peaceful. Also I want to note it was a nice environment going in and of course I was rushing as usual and he yelled my name “Angela” and yes you guessed it it was the plates. Thanks Luigi’s, the kids, parents and teachers loved your pizza and garlic knots!

My husband and I ordered delivery. My husband had stromboli & mozz sticks and I had shrimp scampi over broccoli rabe. I had to call and ask for the manager. I spoke to Luis and had to tell him how amazing their food is. The shrimp was cooked to perfection and so flavorful. My husband loved the stromboli and mozz sticks. We’ve ordered from there multiple times. Pizza, pasta etc. Their food NEVER disappoints. Always fresh, hot and delicious. Luigi’s is amazing and the staff is so friendly. Picking up, delivery or eating in? I HIGHLY recommend. 5 stars all around!!
