Upset I had to write this review cause I love coming here! Normally, I get the burgers which have always been fantastic but today I decided to do something new and got the Thai salad with Shrimp. However, upon opening the container I see everything that’s listed on the menu EXCEPT THE SHRIMP? I thought to myself perhaps they misheard me and heard me say no shrimp, but it’s on the receipt. Now of course I under stand this was most likely a mistake and I’ll be wary next time to open my food in the restaurant to make sure everything’s there.
*Updated edit: I appreciate the owner getting back to a customer so quickly which made me without a doubt change my 2 star rating to a 5. I appreciate the prompt response as well as a solution.

Rude kid up front don’t come here, part of running a shop is having good customer service. Kid acts like he can’t hear you when placing an order, even though you are face to face with less than 2 feet of distance you.

This place is very close to Winthrop Hospital making it a good place to go while waiting while someone has outpatient surgery. I ordered the PS Texas burger which was very tasty with nice,crisp bacon. I changed up the side and got half onion rings and half sweet potato fries. Very accomodating staff. My sister had the PS Grilled Chicken and Avacado. She wasn't able to finish it because this thing was HUGE! Very generous portions all around. She took half of it home. Since we had a long wait, we decided on dessert. I ordered the Fried Vanilla Ice cream. It was done to perfection. My sister had the Chocolate Brownie with ice cream and caramel. The brownie was nice and warm , just enough to make the ice cream melt down the side of it. It looked really good and again, a generous portion.The time we went( 1:30pm) it wasn't very crowded so we stayed a long while and were not rushed out of the place. Worth stopping in for lunch and in my opinion, prices are very reasonable for the area.
Delivery on their site doesn't work, but Uber eats did a quick delivery to my hotel. I got the bison burger with fried pickles. The pickles were thick but crispy - my favorite! Burger totally hit the spot on a cold January night after travel and business meetings. Will definitely do PS Burger again for a quick bite when I'm in the area.
Tonight was the fourth time we ordered from PS Burgers. It is by far the best burgers, fries and everything in between!!! We order online and have it delivered. The delivery is prompt, the food is hot and delicious!! I give it 100 stars⭐️…

Chicken wings and fries, served with hot sauce, ranch dressing, and a hot aioli. It wasn't very busy at 2 pm but there was a good amount of foot traffic and the food came out pretty quickly. Wings were delicious, cooked crispy, and moist. I'll definitely be back to try the burgers, they looked amazing. In fact, I was pissed I didn't order the Bison burger. Next time!
