This is what I got when I opened up my food. When I order a sandwich I would prefer not to have to assemble it together myself. Honestly disappointing the staff can’t make a sandwich. Will not be coming back.

The delivery arrived right on time. The food was delicious. I ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was a bit saltier than in the past, but still tasty.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Panera. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, something I’ve enjoyed many times before... but this time, I found a piece of plastic wrapper in my soup. It was not only unappetizing but also a serious safety concern.

I go there daily to get my free soda. They know my name and go out of their way to get my order completed quickly. I've seen the managers and staff with other customers and they always provide excellent service to all. Sometimes the soda area gets wet and dirt and it takes then awhile to get it clean. And they are a bit overpriced. Overall, I highly recommend the place.

The food was great, they accidentally gave me the wrong bagel so I got my right one and the other one as a bonus. Unfortunately I really look forward to breakfast when I wake up early enough to eat it and instead of 2 ciabatta and 2 croissants they gave me 4 croissants for my breakfast 4 pack. Thankfully they were still bacon, egg, and cheese but I wanted those ciabatta....
The food is good, sometimes a little bit of a wait.

I Went to Panera Monday afternoon and there was a long line and the cashier was all by herself. The manager Rick was in FOH, looked at the line and went to the back and didn't come out to help the cashier. This is wrong and unacceptable. The cashier while struggling still had positive energy. Please get her some help or don't let the manager work there because what is the point of him being there in the first place.
