This is what I got when I opened up my food. When I order a sandwich I would prefer not to have to assemble it together myself. Honestly disappointing the staff can’t make a sandwich. Will not be coming back.

The lady at the cashier provided very poor service. I ordered a bagel online. When I got it, I asked her to heat it up, but she said it was not specified online and she refused to heat it up.

The delivery arrived right on time. The food was delicious. I ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and the broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was a bit saltier than in the past, but still tasty.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Panera. I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup, something I’ve enjoyed many times before... but this time, I found a piece of plastic wrapper in my soup. It was not only unappetizing but also a serious safety concern.
