The vegetarian sandwich was so so dry and no ta..Only two slice of tomato and lettuce between cold bread. No sauce, no cheese.. waste of money.The service was very okay.Vegetarian options: The broccoli- cheddar soup in a bread bowl was ok.Cold bread , very chewy. Soup was Luke warm.Overall was not worth it.

Don't go there! Managers just don't care! Getting the food wrong every time for the past 3 times i was there. Try to ask manager to fix it, he turned around and went to the back. Horrible costumer service ?

My chicken fuji apple salad was not fresh.The lettuce was wilted, tomatoes were tasteless, the chicken didn't taste like chicken, but like some hybrid meat, hardly any walnuts in the salad, and it was overloaded with cheese. I was very disappointed!!!

The food is very, very good, but unfortunately the "friction" of the customer service experience really gets in the way. The quick pick up option is very unreliable--about 75% of the time, even if the app says your food is ready and waiting in the pick-up bin, it's actually still behind the counter. This is a problem as the restaurant is chronically understaffed. It's not fun to get in a four-person line to get your "quick" pick-up. It's also really weird that if you order dine-in, you have to request your cup from the cashier (you cannot get it from where you pick up the rest of your order, even if you add an optional tip for, theoretically, better service). There is also the perennial problem that if you order a customized meal, about half the time there is an error in the ingredients. For example, missing/wrong salad ingredients, the wrong portion of bread, the wrong soup, etc., etc. They will correct it, but it means again waiting in line... Arggh.It's a shame, as the food is otherwise incredible. I'll still visit Panera often, but I'll probably drive a little further to another branch a little farther south that seems to have solved these issues. I'll probably limit my visits at this (closer) Panera to the simplest orders (i.e., to pick up one of their divine breads).

Baja bowl with chicken - bad mistake on my part. While it tasted decent, the chicken had an off taste to it. The portion was tiny. I can get more for the price elsewhere. Fast food meal prices increased, and portions shrunk. I think I will stick with a regular restaurant meal...Disappointed.

This place has really deteriorated. Coffee pots empty. No cups. Kiosk order tells you to self-serve your coffee. Oh, wait. There's no coffee or cups. Wrangle a cup from behind counter. Not cheap and lousy experience.
I called and ask for bread bowls, Stephanie was able to put them to the side for me to pick up. She was very sweet and professional!! The other staff were very sweet as well!!!

My girlfriend got a charged lemonade, and they keep them behind the counter. Unfortunately the first employee we asked didn't know that, so it took us forever to figure out. The food is pretty good, but spending over $50 for two people to have lunch at Panera feels

The food here is almost always good. Have been going here for years with friends. It is our go-to food place. The service is generally very good and kind. Obviously sometimes over the years a few orders are wrong and some staff have not been perfect but again usually they’re great. When they get orders wrong it’s usually them giving you extra stuff anyway, like bacon on a grilled cheese. This is a good place.

Order a chicken sandwich. I was shocked. A piece of chicken, lettuce n the bun cost $15.00. Two for five at Burger King would have been better and tasted better. I will still have $10. left over. Very very disappointed.
