Probably one of the worst experience in customer service I ever had. The young child had an attitude when I was deciding on what I wanted and when I finally picked the mixed berries flavor, I noticed she only blended it for literally 20 seconds. It came back grainy where I tasted mainly seed residue to the point where it was scratching my throat. I went over to the counter and asked her if she can blend it more and she asked me why, and I told her because it was grainy and it wasn’t blended properly. She then caught more attitude, rolling her eyes and told me that’s how they make their smoothies, which I know that’s a lie. I told her if this is how you made your smoothies then I want my money back. She finally said she will blend it more, and as I was proceeding to hand her my drink, she snatches it from me and went to the back. And I told her why are you snatching it as if I’m in the wrong and she proceeded to ignore me and Blended my drink. When I got it back, she transformed it into a juice By adding more apple juice, which I did not request. The drink was disgusting and I will never go there to get another smoothie. There are way better smoothie spots to choose from Long Island. I just stopped there Because I was passing by. Never again.

Came here after the spa and this place is completely empty…there’s no one in the counter or anything. -place looked clean, loved the decor So I wait, look around, I’m like “hello???” Finally after a good enough time… this guy comes out in such a monotone voice, appearance… 🧋I got the PB cacao … honestly I wasn’t satisfied at all, I was hoping it would be sweeter and more delicious, it was whatever…

My second time here, I loved the açaí bowl the first time, overpriced but make sense , it’s delicious and fresh ingredients, so it’s worthy, however the experience I had this morning with the lady in the front was horrible, 0 professional and tbh I wouldn’t go back to be treated like that. But oh boy, the coconut bowl it’s so good.

Rodolfo it’s truly a professional!! She allowed me to taste the mango for free and then he ups Old me on the Super Bowl. Everything is so delicious. I really appreciate the effort and the customer service Rodolfo has shown. I am a happy customer and I will definitely be coming back. This was the best experience I’ve ever had and also my first açai bowl, thank you keep up the good work. My daughters enjoyed the açai bowls as much as I did.
