I recently returned to Spaghettini in Mineola for my second visit, and I must say, it continues to impress; their Pasta Primavera is, so far, one of the absolute best in this area, prepared with very crunchy and tastefully done vegetables that truly set it apart. Beyond the phenomenal food, the service is great, creating a wonderfully pleasant dining experience that makes this place easy to recommend. I truly urge you to try it for yourself, as I would definitely come back again.

This place is so nice, and the staff are amazing, I was about few dollars short and they gave me an extra slice on the house, 10/10 would show up again and will recommend this place to other people, the slice itself was also great and the environment is clean and nice, keep in mind I went right after rush hour here in Mineola so they must have been stressed but they were still nice!

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Spaghettini in Mineola, and I have to give a huge shoutout to our incredible server, Elizabeth. From start to finish, she made the entire experience exceptional — warm, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever being overbearing. She truly elevated our night.
The food? Phenomenal. I ordered the surf and turf lobster special and the 2lb lobster special — both were cooked to perfection, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. The buffalo roll had just the right amount of heat and crunch, and the Caesar chicken wrap was crisp, creamy, and so satisfying. Every bite was memorable.
Elizabeth’s recommendations and attention to detail made us feel like VIPs. She anticipated every need and created a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere that made us want to come back again immediately.
If you’re thinking of going to Spaghettini, ask for Elizabeth. She’ll take care of you like family — and the food will absolutely speak for itself.

We had such a great experience at Spaghettini between the ambiance, service and food! Our server, Angela, is everything you want in a server…warm, welcoming, informative and passionate about her job. The owners, Wendy and Rob, were both present and chatting up customers as they checked on their patrons. Love seeing that’s You can tell this place is like a home away from home. I highly recommend trying their off menu drunken chicken over pasta with burrata!! So good. 5 stars to Spaghettini!

Liz has that rare ability to anticipate what you need before you even ask. She is attentive without being overbearing, gracious yet confident, and somehow manages to be everywhere at once while still making you feel like you're her only priority. Every recommendation she gave — from the perfect wine pairing to the standout dishes on the menu — was spot-on. It’s clear she knows Spaghettini inside and out and takes genuine pride in her role.
But it wasn’t just about the service. Liz exudes joy, passion, and authenticity. She elevates the entire dining atmosphere with her charisma and sincere energy.
